Please do not order from these guys get the bottle and the cartridges from the store. I placed an order and I received it and then I immediately tried to cancel for the next month and they ignored my request and charged me anyway and sent the product to an address that I am no longer at and charged me they told me to change the address to another address they could ship it to. I told them I don't have an address they can send it to and they told me to do it anywaythey make it impossible to get a hold of anyone and they just ignore you

Great product, hydration at an all time high
I’ve always had a problem with hydration. I’m not sure why, it’s just a hard habit for me to get into but this is really great. I love the flavors, how sometimes they’ll bring out new ones, how it also helps the environment having smaller cartridges (multiple refills per cartridge) and a reusable bottle. I love that you can change your the flavors if you want to, and it’s very transparent about what’s in the product and also doesn’t hide the cancel subscription button. I had to cancel temporarily due to personal budget reasons but it was simple and I’m definitely planning to go back once I have the funds for it. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who likes a hint of flavor to their water and/or who has issues with hydration like I did 😊

Beware of "free " products
I signed up for an account and autoship. I canceled the autoship but the product was sent and I was charged. I contacted the company multiple times asking for a return shipping label and refund. The company finally contacted me but refused the return and refund. The customer representative was very dismissive and unreasonable

Terrible been using them for a year…
Terrible been using them for a year last couple of boxes had a weird orange chemical on the cartridges and sometimes white powder, eh I’d wipe them off and use them, but quality control clearly started going downhill. This most recent package they literally sent me a box with random flavors and shorted me 7 cartridges. Total scam until they fix their quality control, oversight, and integrity, stay away at all cost right now.

Y’all contact me to lecture me about tone a respect, are you serious? I have never been ignored by a company then had to blow a gasket to get them to finally respond, just to lecture me about tone and respect, nah hard pass I had to do a cease and desist with my bank and I’m having to dispute a transaction just to get my money back. Worst company ever, it says they’re from Tampa fl but I don’t know seems like they would fit better in California, Florida born native never been treated like this by any Florida company. Their demeanor and attitude reeks of California rejects.

Don’t order these unless you don’t need them for about three weeks 
I placed my order and they took my money on 16 April here I said it is 28 April and I still don’t have my drinks i’ve left them know and it took several days to get back to me to let me know that Yep they’re running way behind and like it’s very normal for it to take two plus weeks for you to get your package. I can get stuff from Temu quicker than I can get from cirkul this is definitely not my first order, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be my last when you order something. You don’t expect to have to wait two and three weeks for it to arrive. I think they need to start doing a better job maybe highermore people and their customer service just laughs at you like Yep we know we’re behind ha ha maybe they’d be a little quicker if they didn’t bill us until after the package shipped you know once you get it to FedEx, then take my money but no you take my money and then two or three weeks later I get my product that might speed up a bit, just very disappointed

still waiting
ordered my first set about ten days ago and the package hasn’t even shipped! customer service took days to get back to me and the response was basically “yeah we’re busy sorry haha” - ten days’ worth is quite a backup of orders if that’s true, but i have to wonder if it is. it’s not like it shipped and the postal service is taking a while, or it shipped from very far away - my box is still just sitting in their warehouse.
i’ve seen quite a few other people say that cirkul is much lower quality than they seem to want to appear, that their cartridges don’t last and the customer service isn’t very good. i wasn’t sure about it at first but now that they’ve been sitting on this for ten days i’m definitely starting to believe that they’re either in over their head or they’re not really what they chalk themselves up to. either way, i’m pretty disappointed so far.
oh, and i forgot to mention this so i apologize - the cirkul website is extremely laggy, and will crash a few times while you’re shopping :(

Save your money — Cirkul is not worth it.
I've spent hundreds of dollars on Cirkul and I'm done. The biggest issue? Their cartridges are falsely advertised to last up to 6 bottles of water. In reality, I can barely stretch one to 2–3 bottles. That's less than HALF of what they promise.
Do the math: you're paying 2–3x more than you think you are for flavored water. At this rate, a simple water flavor packet would save you a fortune. The product isn't cheap to begin with, and when the cartridges run out twice as fast as advertised, costs spiral out of control fast.
I gave this brand a long, generous chance hoping things would improve. They didn't. The misleading cartridge claims feel less like an honest mistake and more like a calculated way to get you hooked before you realize what you're actually spending.
Do yourself a favor and skip it.

Great, but…
One of the cartridges turned my poo blue and also it would be nice to get some in Europe cartridges don’t last as long as air up pods but bottle doesn’t leak and doesn’t grow mould unlike air up and the flavour is noticeable and consistent

All of our Sip cartridges are healthy to consume, are food-safee, and made to FDA standards. We produce our cartridges in an FDA-registered cGMP facility in a sterile environment, and each batch of Sip flavors is made individually of each other, with all materials fully cleaned and sanitized in between production cycles. All of the flavor formulas in our Sips contain all-natural flavors, and all functional ingredients are on the packaging label and the website.
