Pod quality has gone down
Inconsistent flavor tapering with every pod. Most wouldn't even work unless turned up to "5" and then very quickly stopped providing any flavor at all. Quality seems to have gone down with each refill box we order. That was my last batch before I stopped using my Cirkul entirely. Also, pods are not recyclable so it created more waste than bottles anyway.

The amount of water flavored by one Cirkul Sip cartridge depends upon the setting you prefer. The lower the setting, the longer the flavor will last. But each Sip cartridge can flavor the equivalent of six 20oz. fully flavored bottled beverages!
Here are some tips that may take care of the flavor issue:
1. Turn the lid over and locate the rubber air valve which is the small clear rubber piece coming through the little hole in the lid (not the blue o-ring.)
2. Rub that valve back and forth a few times to loosen it up and then place the lid back on your bottle and check to see if your flavor flow has improved.
You can also try these tips:
1. Remove the Sip cartridge from the lid and give it a good shake and then reinsert it (it could've had an air bubble in it).
2. Move the flavor dial from X-10 a few times to be sure that the flavor is releasing correctly from the spout.
3. Wash the lid in warm water or on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Now, move the dial to your favorite setting and get back to happily hydrating! 😊 Please note as the flavor diminishes you may need to increase the dial.

I was pleasantly surprised!
Most flavored water has an odd after taste and for me that is a huge draw back. As a person with several health issues and the medication needed to manage it causing increased dehydration risk, that after taste had left me a less than healthy relationship to consuming water as often as I should.
My daughter told me about the product after ordering one for themselves and enjoying it. They even let me try the different flavors when they were trying a new one of the flavors and we were together. I then noticed I was reaching for it constantly. I absolutely love it and have now been also telling friends and coworkers to try it.

I normally drink plain water
I normally drink plain water, I saw an ad on social media describing cirkul. I decided to try a few different flavors. I absolutely love the coconut pineapple! It tastes like a pina colada, without the rum.. I have the 40 oz stainless steel in the apricot color. It fits perfect in my cup holder in my car. I also drive a school bus, and it's perfect for the hot summer days, keeps my water cold,as I add ice in the morning,and still cold 8-10 hous later.

I was using water drops out of Germany…
I was using water drops out of Germany but its was very pricey so when I saw the add on Facebook I decided to try Cirkul the prices were a little more reasonable and I cut my bill in half and the taste ad flavors are awesome!!

Quick shipping
Quick shipping, good quality and great flavors. I would definitely recommend mixed berry, apple melon, star blast and frosted caramel coffee. They are my favorites, I am excited to receive the filters I ordered since tap water isn't the greatest option

overcharged
I heavily suggest being cautious and screenshot all steps of the ordering process. Or better yet screen record yourself placing the order.
I was overcharged for products I didn’t order. I am hoping to hear from customer service soon to get this resolved. I emailed them as soon as the order was placed and I was overcharged. When I clicked ship now so I could order the limited time flavor, the order total showed $28. So $28 plus the 2 limited flavors would come out to around $36. I was overcharged $14 for extra items that I did not add to my order. So what I showed in my screenshots in the email to them are the items I ordered: 1 of each flavor cartridge in the order and 2 of the mango pineapple, and 2 of each of the grape and fruit punch sticks totaling around $36. I was overcharged for the following extra items that I did not add to my order: 2 extra mango pineapple, 1 extra fission jackpot, 1 extra prickly pear.
Edit: As of June 2 I have yet to hear back, and my order has already shipped. My previous order had the wrong flavors sent the first time and they were quick to resolve the issues, so I am hopeful this can be resolved soon.
Edit: As of June 3 I finally heard back from customer service. The customer service representative sent a screenshot showing my account activity, which showed that I did not edit my subscription after I placed the order. So what I showed them in the screenshots totaling $28 is what I ordered.
Their offered solution is a choice between a $5 credit or 2 free sip cartridges. I am definitely wary to continue purchasing from their site. I have 3 Cirkul bottles and limited flavor choices at my local stores that carry cirkul products, and now I’m worried I’m out all the money I put into those bottles due to an issue on their end and poor customer service to resolve the issue.

Cirkul has gone downhill in all aspects, from quality of items to customer service.
Cirkul started out great, but both the quality of the sips and their customer service have been steadily declining. They frequently send incomplete orders, so you often don’t get everything you paid for. Packaging is careless, leading to damaged products, and when things arrive broken, they’re reluctant to fix the issue. The sips also don’t last as long as advertised—lately I’ve only been getting two to three bottles before they run out. Even worse, their customer service is rude and argumentative, offering unhelpful advice like “just wash it off and use it” when a leaking sip arrives. The last time this happened, my whole order reeked of a strong chemical smell, so I threw it away. The final straw was them trying to charge me $54 for a subscription of 8 sips that has always been $27. The website clearly showed $27, but the shipping email listed $54. I canceled immediately and emailed them, calling it a scam—no response yet, though I expect it will be dismissive. They’ve lost me as a customer, and judging by other reviews, I’m not alone. This company feels like a sinking ship, so good luck to anyone willing to risk their money with them.
