Cirkul Avis 

I have been a customer for several years and the quality has decreased in the past year-or-so. I have a subscription and have found that the strength of the flavors have suffered. Five years ago, one Cirkul "pod" lasted for at least 44 ounces. For the last several months, a good percentage of the flavor of my "pods" NEVER HAVE FLAVOR. I am disappointed in the decrease in the quality and I think that I am now going to cancel my subscription.

Cirkuls customer service is as terrible as their flavor pods are for you. I purchased straight from their website it’s not just Walmart selling bad product. I’ve had pods with no flavor chemically tasting pods they are not sealed properly and ingredients are terrible for you. I tried to get refunded for the ones with no flavor and they refused. Said they don’t offer refunds even though their website clearly stated within 30 days or whatever when I was within the timeframe. Don’t waste your money go with hint water it tastes better and is better for you.

I keep asking for my subscription to be canceled, but I keep getting charged monthly. I need it to be canceled. I do not want it anymore. I have tried literally every flavor and I don’t like any of them.

I’ve loved my Cirkul bottle, and I’m still using it almost a year later. It took a while to find my favorite flavors, but now I’ve got 8 or so on rotation.

If you live outside the US then DO NOT BUY. The store shelves are stacked with these bottles but nowhere does it say that you need to purchase the flavored cartridges separately and the checkout at Walmart never mentioned it. You are supposed to read their minds!! And they don’t ship the cartridges overseas so you would be wasting your money. I have checked on Amazon and they are no longer available so now I’m stuck with these useless bottles. If I could give no stars I would.
Recommend you get owala drink bottles instead.

I enjoyed the drinks but the cost got too much.

I was gifted a Cirkul 40 ounce cup and 2 flavors by my boss. I loved it so much, I went home that night and bought cups for each of my 2 sons, and my husband, plus nearly $200 in cartridges. My first shipment of cartridges, in fact the first cartridge I opened was papaya. I was very excited to try this, thinking back to the old days when one of my favorite drinks was Veryfine Papaya Punch. The cartridge was leaking, sticky, smelled rotten like stinky cheese, and had a dark smudge on the bottom that looked like a fingerprint. Yuck! I wrote to Cirkul who responded basically sorry about the leak, we’ll replace the flavor plus 1 free. Before I could respond to that email, I had gone through maybe 3 other cartridges and then opened Lychee Lemonade. I was in absolute disbelief to find a very dark, long, thick black hair embedded under the sip part. I was so grossed out, I could barely eat dinner! Their customer service phone number always stated closed, so I replied to my first email and received an answer basically stating “Sorry about the leak”, not even acknowledging the thick, black hair! To some this may sound like a setup, but I would stake my life on this being true! This happened and I was disgusted! I could barely eat dinner that night, I was so grossed out! I promptly opened the rest of my cartridges before emailing them, and no other real issues (a couple orange specs on one that I rinsed off), but I have so many questions with possibly a fingerprint on one, and a hair on another! In the end, the two absolutely disgusting cartridges will be replaced with one free flavor (I think… I haven’t heard back again). I’m quite disturbed, and will be checking all future cartridges closely, especially for my 9 year old! I think they have quick and responsive customer service, but I’m just so bothered by these 2 bad cartridges in my very first shipment ever. I’m saving the bad cartridges in case they are needed for any inspections or investigations in the future… I know it won’t come down to this, but I would let them test that hair against mine and everyone close to me! This isn’t even taking into consideration the 3 or 4 cartridges that didn’t even work right. I don’t know how they work, but I tried MANY online suggestions with no success.

I left a review before but now, they won’t stop contacting me. Be careful starting a subscription here. They have to have the last word in. They are now on a block list.

Cirkul is such an amazing product! My love of Cirkul has been strong since day one lol The mass flow of them suddenly coming more often and in much larger quantities started probably with my triplets..ALL TEENS AND ALL BOYS started playing sports at school. They all wanted water bottles to refill and drink to compare how much water they drank. When they heard about your “water bottles” they were instantly hooked! They all have their favourite's( the refreshers and the teas), I pretty sure you’ve got customers for life here lol 😂!!!

Now that Cirkul is going out of business or already closed up I am rating it based on my most recent experiences. It started out fine enough and orders were smooth and customer service was good. However, recently all of that is gone. Customer service no longer even exists with the company. The phone number no longer works (you get a recording saying the company is closed during business hours). Emails go unanswered, chat function on website is gone.
I tried last Sunday to do my monthly order and it will not process unless you order maximum. I tried to order 5 sips instead of 7 willing to pay shipping and it would not let me, however when I put in 7 sips it would let me check out. I don't do auto subscribe.
The company is completely inactive at this point.
I'm going back to plain water. I don't do those Mio things or whatever although they are less expensive because they last longer, but not when one is drinking 64 ounces per day.

Cirkul order direct is severely screwed up. The algorithm is messed up for sure. I went in and ordered $15 of flavors and it said "free shipping" when the free shipping threshold is $25. First it would not even let me order less than $26 worth, now it doesn't calculate shipping. So I did not complete the order because it means I likely will not even receive product. Still very much behaving like they are going out of business. The whole thing has become nothing but a grift attempt. They no longer have employees. The "Cirkul Team" is the owner or whatever trying to seem legit and hang on. I enjoyed Cirkul while it was legit, but I would highly recommend against trying to order direct unless you want to lose your money or just donate to the owner or something. They have a few flavors in some stores, but it is last of inventory it seems as the stores around me that were carrying them, no longer do (I asked).

Love the Cirkul cups! I’ve bought four already, and the variety pack of flavors is a win.

I first tried this from Walmart and ended up loving it. So I went to the website and ordered more. They didn't have the original bottle I wanted, but compensated me with an even better one. Plus some extra flavors for being patient. They really took care of me. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Knowing I don't like water that much but I really need to drink it, my daughter purchased me a set with 2 cartridges. I was excited and shocked at the same time! I've been drinking 2-3 bottles a day, which is great for me. The only issue is that it says it can use 6 bottles of water per cartridge but I've been getting 4 bottles with my setting at the #4. I'm still not upset about that because it is helping me drink more water. I'm waiting for more cartridges but I also heard you can get them from Walmart! This is a great item and I recommend it!

I loved cirkul water bottles. i got one for Christmas and i was so excited and happy. I dropped it ONE TIME on accident and now my lid wont close. Its like a $30 water bottles why did it break so easily??? Now i have to buy another one that’s ridiculous. I had it for ONE day. ONE. Why is the latch on it so cheap? 2 stars though because it helps my water intake, and the bottle was cute. But cmon, for the price u think they would make it a little more durable. I cannot drop $30 on this bottle. Especially after I spent a lot of money on the cartridges.

The concept of the water bottle is so cool like what do you mean its just plain water but it tastes AMAZING!!! I got the starter kit and it came with fruit punch and mixed berry and they tasted amazing. But it did have one flaw I would put the taste to 3 but the flavor would be concentrated to 5! But I did fix it.

I forgot to put my email on my order for the tracking info but the Cirkul team was able to find it quickly and their email team responded within 24 hours of my email.

I like the deals

I did 2 orders hours apart with delivery date being the same day for both orders. Only the 2nd order has shown up. I have tried to call and I get a recording saying they are closed and to email them. I have sent emails with the tracking only showing a label has been created on Dec 1st today is Dec 11th was supposed to be here Dec 5-8. I just want it shipped or a refund!!

12/11 - emailed me back and they are reshipping my order. Fingers crossed it gets here before Christmas

The package was delivered on time and was in tact.
