Already unimpressed. Maybe the water flavor is totally awesome but I’m highly irritated that just over two weeks from Christmas they shipped in a bright blue branded box that gives away exactly what’s inside. Unfortunately my husband, the recipient of said gift, was the one who saw the package on the step. Thanks for ruining the surprise. I was sort of thinking about ordering a starter kit for my daughter for Christmas as well but I won’t bother now since she may end up seeing their branded box as well.

I will never order from them again they do not respond to email u can’t call them I been waiting for my package for 2 weeks first it said it will be here on the 3rd and then the 5th and now the 10th make me feel like it’s a scam please do not shop with them

Great product especially if you are not a fan of plain water. The selection is massive truly a flavor for everyone. Fast shipping and great customer service.

Love, love. Been part of the brand since before it was sold on stores. Just sad to see cooler bottles at Walmart than on the member pages. Only reason I couldn't quite go 5 stars.

Customer service from this company is incredible! I had an order get stuck and I wasn't receiving updates from the website, but when I reached out, they let me know there was an issue with the order and were able to help me fix it within that one email! They were also more than willing to send me two replacement sips free of charge when one of mine arrived empty from a leak during shipping! I've been using Cirkul products for 3 years now and I CANNOT recommend them enough! Great products, great flavors, great company! Water really IS my favorite drink again!

Awesome flavor profiles. Lots of variety. Very useful in staying hydrated..

I placed a order on November 28th, I paid to expedite the order. Cirkul sent me a email saying order would be delivered December 3, which is great. Now today Dec 3, I got a email from Cirkul saying my order is being processed the 3rd and I'll receive it on December 10th?? Almost 2 weeks for delivery from Florida to New York with paid expedition.

Customer service is AWFUL!!!!! I ordered a cirkul on a Saturday 11/29 and paid for expedited shipping (2-5 business days) I won't be receiving the item until the 10th!!! It should be delivered by Friday the 5th, the latest! I asked for my money back for expedited shipping and said they couldn't do that, I then said I will return the item once shipped and then they tried to tell me that I couldn't return the item!?!!! awful.. never again. If you really want this stupid thing order from Amazon or Walmart... otherwise don't waste your time.

Easy to order, choice colors to choose from and reasonable prices. My order arrived quickly.

I really wanted to like this company, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Several of the Sip cartridges I received were leaking from the outside, and one even looked contaminated. I explained this clearly over multiple emails, but every time the responses felt copy-and-paste and ignored my actual concern about quality and consistency.

Instead of addressing why multiple Sips were leaking in the same order (even my wife’s), they just kept offering random replacements without acknowledging the problem. I pay for a subscription because I expect reliability, not defective products and generic replies.

The customer service never addressed the bigger issue: why the quality is so inconsistent, and why this keeps happening despite being a subscriber.

I’m strongly considering canceling my membership because nothing about this experience feels reassuring.

Cirkul has tons of flavors and a wide variety of choices. The prices online and free shipping can't be beat!

It signed me out and now I can't get back in and if I try to reset my password it never sends the email and I don't use cirkul as much anymore so I'm trying to cancel my subscription but I can't

I love Cirkul I love the flavors. But what i don't like is i bought a lot of stuff including the 20.00 car caddy which is false advertising because it doesnt fit all the bottles. So I emailed back and forth they said I can't return or exchange. But they will give me a 5.00 gift card or 3 free sip flavors. Well that isn't fair cause caddy is 20.00 and well the gift card is 5 and flavors are like 3.75

So very disappointed and upset

My whole family has different types of cirkul bottles to fit their life styles. The monthly subscription for my flavor cartridges are cheaper then buying in-store and I never have to worry about running out of cartridge.

Absolute banger dude, I used to barely start on my 6th grade football team but now I play running back, linebacker and many others and also I start for my basketball team thanks to cirkle. Also yall have to try coconut pineapple flavor. Love it.

They were helpful in listening to my complaint of a product I had just purchased. The small plastic that holds the flip top in the locked position broke with no force applied to it directly. They sent a e-credit for half the price to purchase a second bottle. They did this without making me find the original receipt. I’m sure with the original receipt I might have received a replacement.

Absolutely love this company and their products. Life saver for sure.
