Abysmal customer service. AVOID
Abysmal customer service. Avoid at all cost. Placed an order for goods 'in stock'. Heard nothing for a week. Emailed them... no reply. Used their contact form ... no reply. Rang them .. "I'll get someone to ring you back". Nope. Eventually after two weeks I got hold of a guy and complained.. he started talking over me and would not listen. Eventually I got him to shut up then agree to a refund.

Still no order after A MONTH (SEE EDIT)
Placed an order on the 5th of January 2025 for 2 lightbulbs for my fireplace at £10.08, money taken immediately but nothing heard back.
EDIT!!!
The sellers contacted me the next day and explained that they were a family run business and they were very behind on orders, they had sold out of my bulbs so actually found me some replacements. arrived the day after they contacted me.

Order placed (and paid for) on 13 January with website saying same-day dispatch. Following week telephoned twice (no response and mailbox full) and emailed 4 times in course of following 2 weeks. Received "will respond in 48 hours - we have heard nothing. . "Same day dispatch"? "Top notch support"? Last week emailed to cancel order and seek return of payment. Ignored again.
UPDATE.
In no small part thanks to Trustpilot, following the above post I received a phone call and the following day the matter was resolved. Pity this had to be the way it was resolved, but at least it is.

I can only echo all the negative…
I can only echo all the negative reviews. I have placed my order 2 weeks ago and the payment was taken right away. Since there was no status change on the order but I have received plenty of promo emails. To top this up, there's no way to successfully contact the company (by phone or email).
At this point I can only hope to envolve PayPal to get this issue sorted.

Awful Service, still no bulb or refund!
It seems that writing a bad review on Trustpilot is the only way to get a reply from this company! Still no bulb and still no refund! Unrivalled service, what a joke!!!!

Very poor customer service
Sadly very poor experience - order paced early December eventually delivered late January, no email communication despite “aiming to respond with 48 hours” and failed to return my calls with an update on two occasions.

I had to complain about the length of time it was taking you to dispatch my order, then when it arrived the order was only half complete.

Communication is very important for any online business.
Still waiting for the order I placed 2 weeks ago. Will not respond to my emails and you can’t leave a message on their phone that they never seem to answer.
No communication since my order confirmation and they charged my PayPal account immediately.
I ordered quite a few bulbs as well and I am afraid that I’ve been scammed especially after reading the other reviewers.
It’s my first time using this company and it’s upsetting.

Same experience as other recent poor reviews. Ordered 16th January. Order acknowledged but no further communication since then. Order not fulfilled. Emails not answered, just auto-replies not followed up. Phone calls not answered. Very poor service overall.

Beware, fraudulent sales
I was charged for the items but no delivery was ever made. Nobody has answered my calls, returned voicemail or responded to my emails. All I have received is an email saying the item should be with me, when it is not.

Would give no stars if I could
I wish I had read the reviews first too! Ordered on the 7th Jan, confirmation of order but no further updates/info. Used their on line enquiry form and sent and email and no communication. Wish I had paid by credit card, as would claim my money back, I know it’s not much but if they do this for every customer….
UPDATE:Following good communication from the company, I have now received my order, and product was well packaged. Thank you.

I have sent 2 emails asking where my…
I have sent 2 emails asking where my order is and received nothing back. I have now requested a full refund as I have been to another shop to get my lightbulbs. Very poor service I have had no correspondence at all since placing my order.

Avoid - money taken under false pretences
Totally poor service. 2 tubes ordered on 03 January and finally arrived 16 January.
Warm white sent instead of white and one does not even work. Have emailed twice with photos and tried to phone but no reply.

Bulbs were ordered but didn’t arrive for 3 weeks, I emailed but they didn’t respond. I needed the bulbs so I purchased more from an alternative source.
I cancelled my order but heard nothing.
I would like to return them but they haven’t explained how.
