We booked the tour as we wanted to skip the queue and couldnt get the direct tickets online. We felt it was quite expensive for Eiffel Tower Tickets but really wanted to avoid the queues, so went ahead with the booking anyway. However, we were pleasantly surprised, it was very well organised, our guide, Ellen was excellent and kept us all interested even in the wind and rain. Our 7 year old also enjoyed listening to the information which was interesting and really added to the experience. I would highly recommend.

We had our trip to the Eiffel Tower on 27th May 2014 at 1pm. The offices were easy to locate and the staff very helpful. Together, we walked (5 minutes) with our guide to the group entrance, bypassing the already very lengthy queues and in a short time were on our way to the summit where you have outstanding views of Paris. We were free to take our time and explore levels 2 & 3 (Summit) at our leisure.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Easy Pass Tours.

We booked on line in the uk so we could skip the massive queues. We found the office easily and everything runs like clockwork. Our guide sonia was very informative and we found her talk really interesting. We would recommend using this company to prebook tours as the queues for all attractions could delay you more than an hour.

Did the Eiffel Tour with Juan Marco, on a very rainy day. His optimism, information and passion for the city made it very enjoyable and interesting. His was open to questions, assisted in taking photographs and offered advice and recommendations for the city of Paris. He had a great histological background of the Eiffel Tower and this made the tour very worthwhile. Thank you Juan Marco and Easy Pass Tours!!

We took 2 tours on our trip to Paris. We will take more next time. Really personal. Really fantastic. We got great personalized restaurant reservations at the end of our Eiffel Tower tour. It was the icing on the cake. You should buy this tour just to skip the horribly disheartening line. Everyone's welcome and professionalism was great.

We very much enjoyed the skip-the-line Eiffel Tower sunset tour. The sunset tour was a great way to see the tower during daylight, at sunset, and lit up at night. Our tour guide Anne created a great experience for us. She provided information about the Eiffel Tower as well as information about the major buildings/monuments that we could see from the 2nd floor. Her narrative captured our attention for the entire tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.

Amazing tour guides, great fun!

Everyone who thinks of Paris, thinks of the Eiffel Tower. We forgot to order tickets ahead and used this tour service. We found the Eiffel Tower to be crowded and just couldn't wait to leave. Take your pictures from the bottom and spend your euros on something that matters like the Louvre!

We scheduled a tour to the Palace of Versailles outside of Paris. We met the tour gude Ellen in front of the scheduled restaurant and then took the train to the Palace. Ellen was very friendly and courteous and made sure we all had a good time. The Palace was beautiful and Ellen gave a good rundown of the history of the place. After seeing the gardens, we had free time on our own to explore the palace itself(which was stunning). We then took the train back to Paris when we were ready. Booking with easy pass tours saved us a lot of time waiting in line to get inside. The line to get in was 2-3 hours long in the hot sun. Easy pass tours is the way to go!

Easy Pass Tours was conveniently located within a short walking distance from the Eifel Tower which made it very convenient for access, avoiding the long lines and the time restraints of the bus tours. As a first timer to Paris this was the perfect way to fully experience the Eifel Tower and to learn about the city of Paris. Our guide Sarah was fun, energetic and very knowledgeable on everything Paris. Thank You for an incredible experience.

I thought after paying over £30 each for a jump the queue tour that this would include level 2 submit. However this was not made clear until after booking the tour.
Upon joining the tour on the allotted time the tour guide left after security.

Since this is our first trip back to Paris since the 70's, we need all the help we can get! As I compare maps of our apt with the sites we have to see, Easy Pass has thought of everything to truly make this an effortless adventure. We won't waste precious time waiting in lines, and have tours when we want them. Perfect!

Cannot fault them. They gave us the pass for the summit and a little information sheet with facts about the Eiffel Tower.

The great thing is about this pass, is that you don't have to queue for hours and you bypass all the tourists who have been queuing for hours. You may have to queue with the rest when you go up from the first floor to the summit, but it wasn't too bad (and we went on a Saturday).

Definitely a good option if you are booking last minute or in a rush.

Staff was very friendly, bikes were comfortable, and tour was interesting. After walking Paris for a day, it was enjoyable to ride bikes and cover more territory in less time.

Took the tour of Versailles through Easy Pass in early May while visiting Paris and wanted to get on to give a great review. The cost was very reasonable and easy to book online. Our tour guide Jess was, as the Brits are fond of saying, absolutely brilliant! A native Aussie she also spoke fluent French and had an encyclopedic knowledge of the site's layout and history. In addition to her energy and enthusiasm for the subject she had a deft touch in getting the group acquainted with one another and feeling comfortable in new surroundings. If Jess is any indication of the quality of service provided by Easy Pass in their other tours I will definitely be using them again!

The trip experience is good. Your guide is friendly and helpful with perfect English. What I want more is the pick-up service at the hotel I stayed. The service would become perfect.
