Very easy to book and great communication. Just accept they give a large deluvery window and trust the skip will be there. Mine came at 2pm. Great driver and once filled you just ring them to pick up. Was booked and notified pick up would be the next morning. Again great driver. Will defo use again. Thanks.

Driver delivered skip as arranged he was extremely careful in placing it on the drive. Removal was arranged for a week later and he was so quiet we didn’t even know he had been. Great service and meant that we could clear our garden in one go. Would definitely use them again.

Chose Easyskip for a gardening project, as they were the cheapest. Obviously cheapest doesn’t often mean they’re the best, but I was very impressed with them. Skip arrived early on the day specified, & when I contacted them to clarify what waste I could put in skip I received a prompt response. It was then collected 2 weeks later as requested; no hassle, no hidden costs, just excellent customer service.

The skip turned up over a day late and was very expensive. The actual skip company that arrived was wonderful, and when we asked them directly to supply a second skip they were significantly cheaper. I would never use Easyskip again.

I paid £500 for a skip to clear out my Grandads home after moving to a care home, after I paid for the skip I had an email the day before it was due to be delivered to say I couldn’t put any mattresses or chairs in there, I then got an email 3 days later to say I had to pay another £400 due to items been placed in their that they don’t accept! There was nothing stated when booking that you couldn’t put them in!!!!

This cost me just short of £1,000 in total!

I would never use this company again and would never recommend it to anyone, please don’t use them, they just scam you!

I have also taken this further as I believe I have been massively scammed.

am very disappointed with my experience.

After hiring skips from this company on previous occasions (including both a 14-yard and an 8-yard skip), I was never made aware that mattresses incur separate disposal and administration charges. Had this been clearly explained during the booking process, I could have made an informed decision before proceeding.

Instead, I was presented with additional charges after collection and then informed that these could not be waived. While the company refers to its terms and conditions, I believe important charges such as these should be made far more prominent during the booking process rather than being left for customers to discover later.

What is most disappointing is the lack of goodwill shown towards a returning customer. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or offering any compromise, the response was simply that the charges were standard and therefore non-negotiable.

Transparency and customer service are important to me, and unfortunately this experience has left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.

As a result, I will not be using this company again and would advise others to carefully check for any additional charges before booking.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering a skip online without talking to customer service. But Easy Skips I would recommend they gave me the skip size I requested plus no money was taken from my account until both sides agreed.
I requested a skip to be delivered on a Friday and picked up the following day it came early which allowed me most of the day to fill it. The collection was also an early pick up so no inconvenience.
I would order again thank you Easy skips!.

Couldn't have been easier, No need to be around for delivery or collection, Send a pic of where you would like it situated and the team do the rest. Highly recommend for ease and save yourself from meet and greets.

The skip delivery is on time, at the early 8:00am on the appointed date. The collection is also on time. No bothering, just leave it there, give sufficient space. Very convenient and good service.

A skip company has 2 jobs in my opinion deliver the skip on the agreed date and pick up on the agreed date we’ll Easyskip didn’t get any right in effect I lost 3 days of skip hire which I have not yet been refunded for awful company to work with never again.

Very pleased with the service - booking was straightforward. The skip was delivered and uplifted very efficiently and the driver was excellent. We were unaffected but I was taken aback to be told of potential extra costs for certain materials only after the skip had been delivered (and filled!).
