Very pleased with the service - booking was straightforward. The skip was delivered and uplifted very efficiently and the driver was excellent. We were unaffected but I was taken aback to be told of potential extra costs for certain materials only after the skip had been delivered (and filled!).

First skip delivered with no concerns, driver very pleasant. We were then told we could have an exchange of skip due to needing another one - we had an email to say this would be delivered "today". 4pm, this still hadn't been delivered so after contacting them I was told "the driver had been but cancelled the job". When explaining that no one had come as I had been waiting all day I then received the response of "the driver has done too many hours and would not be delivering today". This would not have been communicated with us if I had not of phoned. I was then told it would be the first delivery the next day. This didn't happen either and was after 2pm this then arrived. No concerns with driver on this occasion and skips swapped over.
When the second skip was due to be collected, again we had a message to say it will be collected "today". Made sure all access was clear, but this was not collected.
On phoning the next day to chase this I was told nothing had been stated about why it wasn't collected the day that was suggested and this would be chased to be collected today.
Driver did come and collect this, however, then proceeded to damage a wall on our property in the process. She did not disclose that she had caused some damage but instead drove off. This was captured on doorbell footage. Very disappointed and angry

Could not fault them. Communication was excellent with the skip arriving on the day nice and early. It was even upgraded as they had none of the one I ordered in stock. Driver super friendly and helpful.

Pick up was exactly the same. Turned up nice and early with no drama, the driver again friendly and helpful.

Very rare I leave these reviews but this one is warranted and I would certainly use again if I need a skip!

Booked a skip, called to cancel within 1 hour of booking due to circumstances changing. Told the cancellation fee would be OVER £100. When I queried it and asked why it states £15 cancellation fee on the website I was told cancellations start from £15. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend at all.

The company were full of friendly and helpful staff. The ordering on the website was very easy and the delivery was quick and efficient the driver even knocked on our door to double check where the skip was going and then doubled checked after will definitely use easy skip again if needed

Skip was delivered fairly early on the first day. Cheapest option available and they sorted the permit and were able to put it on the side of the house where we preferred. Skip was picked up fairly early on the agreed upon date. No hassle.

Cheaper than competitors. Very efficient in drop off and collection of skip, didn’t even need to be home for the collection. Would highly recommend for speed of service and efficiency
