I placed an order of about 8-10 outfits only 1 outfit has come out the entire order and no movement for tracking. I have sent several email and to no response. At this point I would like to just cancel the entire order

I ordered shoes December 6th, it is now December 20th and I still have not gotten them nor has it been shipped out. I told them I want a refund and instead they keep talking about when they would ship it out instead. Terrible company. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They are a total rip off. The dress I ordered was nothing like the one in the picture. Then they want you to use a gift card to purchase something else from them when they already screwed up the first order. Absolutely not they are horrible. I will never recommend anybody purchasing from them.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I made a purchase, decided I didn’t like it, asked for a shipping address for two weeks, no response. They stated they respond in 24-48 hours, lies. When they responded it wasn’t even with the return address they were trying to get me to keep merchandise and get a gift card. Finally I got the return address, expedited it back, and have been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks. They sent me the return information with the transaction key blanked out. My bank stated they don’t see a refund and I requested the transaction key information, no response. Their clothes run small, looks nothing like the pictures and they are extremely frauds and unprofessional. Order at your own risk ⚠️

I ordered boots and had to dispute the charge with my bank due to boots not arriving nor did anyone respond to my email regarding shipment/delivery. Do not trust this site!

No response now I have to dispute the transaction. I should have just ordered from light in the box. People work to hard for this type of trash.

Placed an order for shoes and needed to change to another size. They he site saids you can change out size if you do so within an hour of placing the order which I did. They sent the incorrect size anyway. Haven’t heard back from them yet, very sceptical ordering from them.

My fiancé ordered something for me. Never received my item after much difficulty getting the item shipped ( a month plus of waiting) to me since it was sent back from an address 1200 miles away. Customer service was nice initially and reset my item, but I still never received it. Their site and shipping information says one thing that my item was delivered and signed for while the customer service says that I have to give it a few few days cause it might be around the mailbox.. which is it? I believe they never actually sent the item and it’s a scam. Don’t order from this site. If you can help yourself.
I found the exact same thing on Amazon and had it the NEXT day.

I would not recommend anyone to order from this company they are a huge scam and you don’t receive the merchandise I’m warning you don’t do it but I’m smart enough to order thru PayPal that way I know I will not have an issue with my refund I wish I didn’t even have to rate a star ⭐️ bc they are not worth anything but you are forced in order to comment for these bums

I ordered the same EXACT skirt from two different websites. Hoping one would arrive in time for New Year’s Eve. I’ve never been more disappointed in a product. 100000% does not look anything like the picture I ordered. Dollar store quality AND COST MORE than the other website. Wrote them in hopes they would make it right… offered me a 60% of purchase price gift card. Beyond LAUGHABLE. Will find every way I can to let anyone know they are a SCAMMMM

I ordered a jumpsuit the other day because it was being advertised on FB. So I'm upset with Echoine and FB. I ordered it one day. And the next day it said DELIVERED. How was it delivered that quick?! Then it said it was canceled but the money was still debited. I've learned my lesson for dealing with these thieves called companies. And disappointed in Mak Zuckerberg for letting them advertise these money traps!

I received my dress which I ordered for an event I am attending for my birthday 11/16/24. The dress looked as advertised but when I put it on it looked like a shirt ( I ordereda large) . I contacted customer service via email and they responded the same day. I was offered to either send the item back at my expense or keep the item and receive a 60% credit to use with them again. I am hoping I can order again or something else and the next product arrive by my birthday. Fingers crossed

No customer service response after receiving incorrect colored dress over 3 weeks later; when I finally heard from them I was offered a credit of $21 and to return dress, when I asked for return address next day I was informed it had been 30 days since purchase of dress (which took 3 1/2 weeks for delivery)so I could not return it and was only offered a $10 credit. Very poor customer service!!

After receiving the item, I immediately contacted their customer service email to express my dissatisfaction and requested a return. However, they did not respond to my emails despite multiple attempts over the course of a month. They only responded after I sent an angry email, claiming that it was too late for a refund. The quality of the items seems very poor,

I will be returning this unsatisfactory item promptly and reporting THIS CHARGE TO MY BANK as fraudulent. Despite being asked to keep this disappointing product, I have refused. I intend to write a review to communicate my dissatisfaction. Your customer service response has been inadequate, with delayed replies aiming to dissuade customers from returning your subpar products. The in-person clothes bear no resemblance to the pictures.

Hello Echoine,
You guys have a sucky refund policy.
Your policy says, you can return your item 30 days from the date of purchase?!
This means that if I am in a remote place and I get my purchase 2-3 weeks later than my order date, I only have 1-2 weeks to decide if I will keep them or not.
That SUCKS!
Unhappy customer.
