I was scanned by this company. I ordered shoes for a costume party which was scheduled for nearly a week after they should have arrived. They never arrived and the United States Post Office tracking kept saying they never received the package. I tried communicating with the company the entire time. Almost a week after the party, the Chinese carrier (not the post office) says they were delivered to my mailbox. They weren’t and that would be impossible based on the size of the box for knee high boots and the size of my mailbox. The company refused to return my money. This is a scam!!!!

And sadly the credit card company always allows them to get away with it

They are thieves, and they stole almost $100 from me! Continued for over a week to refuse to give me my money!! IM STILL FIGHTING THEM! Report them as much as you can so they don’t steal money from other people!

I ordered an outfit for my birthday party and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. Then after trying it on, the quality was poor. The feather skirt kept shedding every time I moved and the fabric was itchy and uncomfortable. I contacted Echoine to request a return and they delayed their responses and offered me a credit until the last day of my return window and then said it was too late. Their customer service is horrible and I recommend you don't even waste your time or money!!!

Echoine has good quality clothes that run true to size. Customer service is prompt and reassuring

Shoes came very late but theyre cute, customer service is terrible and rude. I tried to do a refund on my first order because they sent it to the wrong delivery spot. They refused to help me with the refund and lied about their policy as if i cant read. They slso tried go include the day THEY shipped out my item as part of the 30 day refund policy ( i had 5 days left to return the shoes that were 2 hours away from me) but they were quick asl to resend another pair of shoes smh. I don’t recommend ordering here

Shoes were nice but too small and a larger size wasn't available. Return was allowed. Completely satisfied!

Well the prices & reviews caught my eye. Didn’t realize the site was on Amazon. I have yet to receive my items but when I do if everything looks & fits good I’ll give them a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
