I had delivery issues and they were so helpful resolving the issue. Very fast communication, they work really well to resolve issues even if it’s not something that was done on their end.

I have a some really great experiences with my purchases. Also customer service has been great! I've also ordered more than once so I'm a returning customer as well.

Unfortunately, I bought a pair of gym shoes that were a size 8, which is what I normally wear...but they were way too big.

To exchange them, I would have had to pay $13.00, so I took the credit of $18.00.

I bought another pair, a size smaller, they were way too small and they have a horrible odor. It smells like glue or something.

Again, if I sent them back it would cost me $13.00. So, I keep losing money. So, I took the credit. I don't know if I'll use it or not. I'm tossing out the pair with the bad odor. The others, I don't know what I'll do with them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE !! Service is terrible !!! there is no phone number to speak with someone regarding my order. I’ve emailed them 3 times and still no response back, STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER, STILL NO PACKAGE .. don’t even waste your money here !

Even though the things that I wanted to return was not returnable, i was still offered a gift card for some of what I paid for to purchase something else.It was very kind that that was offered to me

I was shipped the wrong color item, they immediately shipped the correct color within 5 days of placing the complaint.

I just purchased my order today.
Pros: The clothes are appealing on the site. I love the uniqueness of some pieces.
Customer service was very helpful and responded within 24 hours. They exceeded my expectation with the solution.

Cons: A lot of the clothing items are overpriced. I noticed SHEIN and fashion nova had some of the same items for cheaper
The items need more detailed descriptions. Like the kind of material
Also it would be nice to know what size the model is wearing.
Once you place an item in the cart and click continue shopping, it does not pick up where you left out. I had to use the back button instead.
It would also be nice to know the shipping time frames for the couriers.
Also some of the sizing chart info was missing important stuff like waist. Very important when sizing bottoms.

I heard shipping will take a few weeks. I hope the items fit and arrive matching the picture and description. Worst case is a return. Hopefully the inventory is plentiful. The downside is waiting long, returning for sizing issues and not being able to reorder correct size because it’s sold out.

Lastly the return process is dated.

I ordered items weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. I recently found out MANY of their items are on Amazon for cheaper. The company is in China, with no communication with any in America. Numerous times Ive asked to cancel. SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

I’ve reached out 4 different times trying to return an item with no response. Just reached out to them on instagram today.
UPDATE: after reaching out several times, they finally tell me to check my spam that it might be there, and it was but by that time the window of expiration had come about to return so they would not allow. So I’m still stuck with a skirt that doesn’t quite match the picture. I still will never order from them again. I saw several reviews that were similar to mine. So since I did find their response in my spam, I will give them a three star.

I placed an order on 1/23/24. The return policy is 30 days from purchase. My order was not delivered until 2/14/24. I did not like the quality of 2 of the items ordered so I contacted customer service on 2/18/24 requesting the return information which you have to ask for. The return address or ability to initiate a return is not available on the website. I received a response the same day offering a gift card in the amount of 60% of my order cost. I responded on 2/20/24 declining the gift card and again requesting the address to ship the return to which was not provided in the initial response from Echoine. After no response I emailed again on 2/23/24 requesting the return address. I got a response that evening providing the address but stating that the return time ends on 2/23/24. So now I have items I won’t wear because I don’t like them and money wasted. I will not be shopping with Echoine again. That return policy is ridiculous.

Company is scam and impossible to return. I placed and order 2nd week of January for an event I’m to 1st week of February. They shipped the dresses 3 days after I placed the order. After that, the package location was never updated it took 3 weeks for the package location to be updated or to land in the us. By the time it started showing it’s out for delivery , the event I’m going to is already over. And it’s out for delivery for another 3 weeks! I tried contacting both the seller and shipping company but there’s no response. I contacted PayPal to issue refund but apparently this company only respond to banks or whatever payment system you use when they try to investigate fraud and scam but not to their customers! I received the package this week and let me tell you, you get what you pay for and dresses stinks. No packing slip or invoice in the package so you go figure how to return. Do not buy and waste your time in this company, I know the pricing and designs are really enticing but it’s not what it is and it’s not worth it.

I love my boots but they are a bit exact and you sent me 2 pairs of thigh high boots and i only ordered one and you charged me for two pairs. If I could give negative ratings I would. Do not order from this scam company. I placed my order for a dress over 10 days ago for a wedding I'm leaving for less than a week. They said shipping would be 3-5 business days, at day 7 I was told there were unforeseen circumstances and it would be another 2-4 days. By day 11 they just cancelled my order without any explanation leaving me less than a weed to try to order another dress. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER
