This company is a rip off. I purchased a skirt that was supposed to be a pleaded skirt and I received came a sequin skirt nothing like what was listef on their website. I’m currently going through PayPal to get a refund and this company is still denying that they sent the wrong merchandise. Do not order anything from them. They are a rip off and you will be fighting them for $38 which is a shame.

I was to receive a free gift from their contest on a major site. I won, or so I thought. The gift(an outfit) never arrived, although tracking says it was delivered to my door. I emailed customer svc but no response at all from them. Hopefully this is not indicative of how they treat customers

Buyer BEWARE!!! Do not order from them. They appeared legit at first until it took 3 weeks to have my product delivered, by the way never happened. I called the customer service # which only have an Asian speaking answer machine on the other end. I emailed them twice and they claimed that my item was delivered which was a bunch of BS. I requested my money back through my bank and processed a claim with them as well. Going through Echoine is a nightmare and wast of time.

Don't waste your time and I wish I had found these reviews begin I ordered, ordered some footwear and they all looked like someone wore them. Like wth And the color was pealing off.. What Tf kinda store is this??

I ordered 2 items. One item came as expected. The quality of the clothing is cheap and of poor quality. I finally received the 2nd item after weeks of requesting a refund on the item. I went back and forth with this company via email. Echoine said if I return the item, they will issue the refund. I returned the item and paid for return shipping within 24 hours. They received the returned item. I have yet to receive the refund. I filed a dispute. Echoine requested that I close the dispute and they would send a refund. I haven't heard from Echoine. Poor quality items with no tags, incorrect seams and horrible customer services. Buyer be warned.

Horrible customer service that just copy and paste their response . The pictures on the website are not what you get in person. They are used photos from other websites . They want to give me 50 percent gift card but I paid full price for my items that were never worn . I’m currently disputing this with my bank .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!Not worth spending your money here, item is not as described cheaply made and only way to get a refund is by emailing them and so far after a week I still haven't got a response back. I give them a 1 star because I can't give them lower.

I ordered some shoes on 11/09/23 I received said cheap shoes on 11/29/23 I went on my cruise and came back reached out to return the shoes and I was told that I can no longer return them bc we have pass the 30 day from purchase dat I reached out 12/6 … 12/7….12/8 are they using a different calendar from the rest of the world I want my refund the shoes were not what I expected I want to return them this experience has been awful I would never order again …. After they denied my request to return the items they stopped answering my emails.

The right product came and it was what it said besides size was 2 sizes too small. When returning I paid extra to have it signed for so that I would have documentation of my return and who received it and it’s still been a hassle to get my money back. They signed for my shipment a week ago and I’ve had to reach out multiple times and still have not got a refund. This place is not worth ordering from pay the extra and order from Amazon.

Do not order anything from them. I bought a coat from them and they’re telling me they can’t do anything about it. All they can do is send me a picture of where it went and telling me the tracking number, and what the delivery people said, but they saying it’s nothing they can do about it

BUYER BEWARE‼️‼️ DO NOT buy from them. I ordered the black high slit velvet skirt for my Birthday. It came on time. The only problem was it was completely the WRONG skirt. It was a sequin black skirt. How do you get the two mixed up. & when I tried to make a review on their site. It was never posted. Never buying from them again.

SCAM ALERT!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes - they only took two weeks to receive. But they were shipped in a bag, they were crushed and were clearly not even wearable. I contacted them to return and got this long email that they would give me 60% of the cost in credit (WTH). I wanted to return and they gave me these RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES in Florida and California. There is no phone number and I have not received a response since uncovering these are residential. This is part of the shady email I received:

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered some cow printed heels and the item took forever to arrive when it did arrive it was in a torn plastic bag with their brand on it, no box at all. The shoes were clearly used, scratched up, and of course… a knock off of the real thing. The print was very different than the pictures online, the platform was thinner and the curve of the shoe was flatter rather than that ideal heal rise that most nice heels have. Never order from them, they clearly steal pictures.

Wish I could give ZERO or negative stars. Will NEVER order again. Quality was worse than Shein and they are SHADY about returns. I requested return info and they offered me a gift card of 60% of the purchase price. I declined because the piece of garbage they sent me couldn’t be worn in public even if it fit. After I declined the gift card they stopped responding. I have now disputed the charge and will be getting my $$ back and burning the piece of trash they sent me. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Double zero is not available because that is what they would get. Be careful when ordering with this company they will send you the wrong item then make you pay to return it in order to get your refund back. If you keep the wrong item they sent that you can’t fit because it’s not what you ordered they will give you half of your refund

If I could give them a ZERO, I would!! I made it purchase back in June and to this date 8/5/23, I have yet to receive my item!! They keep saying it’s been delivered and it has not! I requested for a refund and I was told that I could not get a one!! Ive been trying to get one since get these boots I purchased since June!! Oh, then three weeks after I made the purchase, I was told my order hasn’t been shipped and they apologized for the delay. Horrible customer service and there is no one you can speak to.

Ordered a one sleeve jumpsuit in a Large. I already had the medium from another vendor...The picture used on their website was the same pic as the jumpsuit that I already had so I thought I was safe...The jumpsuit arrived and it was a total joke. The fabric was different, the cut of the sleeve was different, and their were no cuffs or pleats in the bodice as in the original..THIS STORE IS A SCAM WITH VERY CHEAP CLOTHES.BUYER BEWARE.

Echoine is a rip off. I made a order in late April 2023, promised delivery by may 14,2023 item was never received. Several emails were sent to inquire about the items, but was told to check tracking, which I did along with contacting the post office.

Final email was sent on June 15,2023, still no response. Don’t waste your money with this company. Scammers at it best.

I’m writing this review to hopefully help others from making the mistake I did by not reading the return policy. You have to pay for shipping back within 30 days as well as send photos & tracking numbers. Unfortunately it’s cheap clothing with unpredictable sizing so the chances of needing to return an item is high so you will be out money for crappy clothes like me. They will offer you 1/2 back on a CREDIT so you have to buy more crappy clothes. Anyways save your money for a store with a decent return policy
