I have not received an update or shipping information for my order it has been a week now and I've contacted customer service and gotten no response about the orders. I paid for expressed shipping to only not having a tracking number and my order is saying unfulfilled on the website

I would like to take that 1 star back!!! I am out of $189,00…I am furious! I ordered and have received one item of the 7 items ordered. That item looks like it came out of a trash can. If I would have did my research, I would have not fallen for the “crap’. The government needs to do something about people who rob others out of their hard earned money…This is a scam!!!!

It's almost hilarious how INSANE this company is. The items I ordered came in looking like a 5th grader sewed it together. They look NOTHING like the photos online. When I opened them, I literally laughed out loud and said "Oh... okay". Here's to hoping I actually receive a refund... otherwise a bank dispute will be filed.

Warning ALL Consumers: Do NOT purchase from Echoine. I ordered a dress and shoes from their website. The shoes I ordered in a size 7.5, and was sent a size 9 (39). The dress also was not the appropriate size based on description of the product.

There is no way to contact them, other than by email. I sent an email asking how to process a request for return and full refund. I was contacted back via email with only two solutions.
Option 1: Send the items back (at my expense) and the process would require tracking and signature. Not to mention the items must be received back in the warehouse within 30 days of the original receipt of the items or else the items would be disgarded (trashed) with no refund given.
Option 2: Keep the items and receive a half price credit to the website for the purchase of future products.

These are unacceptable refund policies being that the items shipped were sent in the wrong size, and not what I ordered. As a consumer, I should not have to incur more expense to return something back to the vendor that was sent out incorrectly.

Even with all of this, I was willing to accept the half price credit for the dress, because I could possibly make it work; but I requested a full price refund for the shoes because they were sent out wrong and were two sizes too big. I conveyed all of this in the email.

I still received an email reply saying, great you have chosen option 2 and was sent a code for half the price of both the dress and shoes.

There is no way to contact a customer service representative via phone.

The shipping time is very lengthy (original order placed on May 3, and order was not received until the first week of June).

I was scammed out of $95. I ordered a denim jumpsuit and heels weeks ago. I haven’t received the items. The last response I received from them was the heels was out of order. And they would refund me $40 out of $46.99 which the heels cost. I asked about my jumpsuit and I got crickets.

I have ordered many clothing from them and I am truly satisfied. I'm so surprised at all those scam remarks. If I don't receive an Item I would email them and if it's out of stock I would either get a refund or a gift card that value way more than the item. And the clothes isn't poorly made either. Overall I'm truly satisfied. And I'm writing this remarks from the Caribbean.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM ALERT. I ordered a jogging suit in early April. I have written multiple times asking when the suit would be shipped because I ordered it for a specific event. After my fourth email, I asked to cancel the order. That night I got tracking information but the tracking number was invalid. Lesson learned but I warn you to please learn my my mistake and NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Whatever shoes you think are a good price or look nice, DO NOT order from these people. They are unethical and there is no getting through to them. They write the same response over and over. They sent me the wrong shoes and I do NOT want them but it’s the same response over and over for them. I have kept my cool until today and now my patience after one full week is over, do your self a favor stay away from ordering anything from them.

I am HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied the shoes came in a bag not a box, the bow is significantly smaller than shown in the picture, the straps are dirty. It’s painfully obvious that these shoes are held together by glue. This was a waste of time and money now last min I have to find a replacement after waiting weeks for these shoes. These pictures are false advertisement. I hope no one else gets scammed out of their money. I AM PISSED !!!! The shoes were not even worth trying on because they were awful straight out the package

This company is such a scam! Sending product that looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The materials used are extremely cheap.

This company is a scam. I ordered, what appears to be a one piece jump suit., but received an outfit that was cheap, looked like a pair of pajamas, and no belt was received, but the order stated belt should come with it. They are scammers and are not selling the actual outfits that are pictured in photos. I suggest you run & never order from them.

I received my order on time. Proper fit and quality for the money I spent. Very pleased, will order from this company again.

I ordered 2 jump suits that look like a child was learning to sew. I have emailed them several times and have not received any responses. I decided to dispute the charges. 2 can play this game.

Received a dress I ordered from this company. The dress came damaged. I have sent 3 emails so far requesting a refund and no reply at all. Do not order from this site.

I ordered the thigh high black boots and never received them emailed the company 3× and nothing as yet I asked for my money back or resend my purchase. They basically told me no on both and that they can't help me!!!! What kind of trash company is this? This is ludicrous! Unsatisfied and literally disappointed and disgusted with this company but I will get my $50 back legally!!

Scam ordered a dress on September 10th haven’t heard anything they have blocked me from emailing them and money out of my account ! I wish they take the this company off every website the reviews are true and please don’t take chance with this scam place run go somewhere else please!

This place is a rip off. I ordered a XL purple lace dress and they sent me a 5X lace red dress. I requested a refund and they refused to give it to me. Also, I contacted my credit card company to deny the charges and told them what happened. My credit card company took their side apparently Echoine claiming I received what I ordered but I didn't. I explained this to Echoine Customer Service, they refused to listened. Yes, they replied to my emails but in the end I was stuck with a dress I didn't order plus no compensation. To return it, I would be stuck with the shipping charges. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered a pair of shoes size 8. Sent a 9 wrote them daily for 2 week's! Nothing back from them!!!! Their policy says no returns after 30 days wondering if they are waiting till that point to answer with "it's to late"!!!
