Bought a pair of shoes but they ran very small. Returned them paid for the additional shipping for an exchange and never received the exchange. It has been probably six weeks and I have emailed them a dozen times. I keep being told that they were getting it ready for shipping and have never received it yet. I would suggest not utilizing this company at all!!

I ordered some sparkly gym shoes and from the picture, they look pretty. I received them yesterday and they were super big. I ordered a size 7, but they look like a 9 and the bottom og them look like tires. They whole shoe looks plastic. I don't know how ECHOINE can get away with sending people off. I have been emailing ECHOINE to find out how to send them back and get my money back and of course, They ARE NOT RESPONDING BACK. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SO FAKE, JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU CRAP. I WILL BE REPORTING ECHOINE TO THE BBB.

Zero stars. I ordered at the end of March. Was promised a delivery date of April 10th. I contacted echoine support and they begged me to keep waiting. I kept checking the tracking and was done waiting by the end of April. I contacted my bank to file a dispute and my bank denied my claim and they told me I had to get the refund from Echoine. I ended up finally getting the order 2 months later and I told Echoine I still wanted my money back. They told me to return the item and they will send a refund. They received the order back and still did not release my refund. So they currently have the order back (I checked the tracking number) AND my money. Scam artists at its FINEST. Do not shop at Echoine.

Ordered 4 pair of sneakers and they sent 3 pair of the wrong sizes and 1 pair the wrong color. Will never everrr order from them again.

I ordered 5 dresses and the quality of this companies dresses was nothing like the picture. The material was cheap and thin, the dresses were the same in style but all were of different lengths and very inconsistent in size although the same size was ordered for all. I spent good money and did not get what I paid for. I’m so mad that I’m about to blow a fuse

I've bought several dresses and a few sneakers that caught my eyes and I have no complaints, in fact, I'm pleased. The dresses are cute and well made and the sneakers are great and the customer service is excellent.

The Eyes have Hills...you better RUN! Order to pair of Crystal in Red and Chain with Lock Orange stillettoes heels from Echoine. OMG just awful, dredful shoes. Shoes were horrible looking nothing and I mean nothing close to the image or should I saw photo shop image display on there website. Cheap Looking Shoes. The Crystal Heels were in Pink and not Red and the Heels did not have the blue finish look the one display on their website. I have send a notification of my disapprovement . No response of course. I throw the cheap knock offs in the garage! What a waste of money!

I'm so mad! I ordered 3 cute dresses (photos) and received 3 cheap knock offs, nothing like the quality of the photos look like. I wish I would have read reviews first. Now I have to put more money into them to make them look better. So they don't look so cheap. I'm not sending back because I'll never get my money back obviously. so I'll keep and hope I can make them look better.

It would at this point be no stars. I ordered 2 dresses that were nothing like the pictures. I have paid to return the dresses (more money lost) and they have not refunded me in over two weeks.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, they literally post American or black girls on their website when it’s actually based in china. Asked them for a refund and I never got it.

I would not recommend this business at all they literally don’t care how they ship ur product it took 3 weeks and the shoes were missing rhinestones I just hated this experience over all I will NEVER order from them customer service is a joke

Run far away from this company. I ordered a dress from these scammers and they placed a order in China per the tracking number and the item was nothing like the actual photo. I son't it back and never got my money back. They are indeed scammers!
