Take deposits , price the job , try to add 2 grand after not turning up and ignoring calls. Never get back to you . Had to chase them for 4 months for my deposit refund .

The men arrived at the allotted time and were very polite and informative.We were kept informed of progress and our opinions were sought as to the location of the panels.
They took great care of our property and cleared all debris when the job was finished.
They asked us to inspect their work to ensure we were satisfied.
The electricians were equally assiduous with regard to their work.They ensured everything was working and safe.They also explained how to access the app.
All and all very pleased with the quality of workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Wouldn't normally leave a review on things but after a very poor service I feel I should. We contacted Eco energy for a quote for solar panels. Salesman arrived and seemed like he knew what he was talking about so went ahead with them. First red flag we have now realised a lot of what he told us was rubbish and he clearly had no idea. Came to installation and panels were put up squint on the roof, over 30 slates broken and all left damaged by the roofers. The electrician arrived the next day with no idea of the property we lived in and couldn't complete the work due to not having correct supplies. We then had 6 further visits before all our issues were rectified. Subcontractors that clearly had no pride in their work and several visits from other members of staff to fix mistakes. Extremely poor communication from the office and we chased constantly to get things sorted and even then they didn't send correct staff or communicate with them what was required. Our solar panels are up and working now and we are happy with them so far but dread if we have future issues and need to use the company again. Would not recommend using Eco energy.

Eco Energy did an outstanding job from start to finish. After receiving three quotes, we chose them and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Their pricing was fair, and the installation team was excellent.

Two years ago I had panels and battery storage installed by Eco Energy Scotland, so when I decided this year to increase that battery capacity, I thought approaching them was the best option, how wrong was I.
Paid a 20% down payment on 24 March and only this week was the additional battery was installed. Okay the battery model was discontinued, however it took a failed installation visit where they turned up with an incorrect battery. Even after they purchased the correct model, they still managed to turn up at another visit with an incorrect battery.
Poor customer service, poor organisation and very little communication from them caused me unnecessary stress.

The whole experience with Eco Energy couldn’t have been smoother, from the initial sale to the final delivery of paperwork. All staff were efficient, knowledgable, tidy workers and helpful. No time wasting and fitting the panels was extremely quick. Having solar fitted on a previous property gave insight into how professional Eco Energy are. Would definitely recommend the company.

Eco Energy were easy to deal with. Very good installation team - they also cleaned up after themselves and removed all packaging from site. Good follow up.

The whole process from initial meeting to install ran smoothly and efficiently. Having a bit of background knowledge meant there was no hard sell but an informed discussion about the number and type of panels along with inverter and battery storage to suit. Where problems were encountered these were easily discussed and solutions found so the installation could take place. The system is working well and eco energy were very professional to use.

Great experience with this company, from first email enquiry to installation of bird proofing measures to our solar panels. Very prompt replies to any queries we had, and installation was carried out by excellent roofer Jamie, he was able to adapt the installation to suit our older style panels. Would certainly recommend this company, and should we require further work we will use Eco Energy.

We got a solar and battery install along with a heat pump which was quoted to be completed in 4 days. We were told all we would have to do is refit a landing carpet after completion. This sounded great seen as the house was only a year old and freshly decorated. The workers arrived on Monday and it felt completely rushed and finished on the Wednesday. The house was an absolute bomb site! They had no sheets down on carpets, no hoovers set up to extract dust when cutting holes in plaster and cutting osb boards, none of the radiators were levelled up and all sit at an angle, radiators were dented and marked, there were no white caps put around the radiator pipes where there were holes made in the walls. Several holes drilled before finally getting it right for the electric cable to the electric box, hatches cut in cupboards just left, when they filled up the system one of them left a valve open and soaked the upstairs floor, a condensate drain coming out of the up stairs not piped to the ground. Whilst the system works ok the level of workmanship and attention to detail absolutely shocking, if you have an old house which is getting renovated after the install then fine but do not believe the bullshit that when they leave your house you won’t even know they have been in. You can tell it’s gangs of guys on price work with absolutely no pride in their work. Just priced up to get done as quickly as possible. They have started calling now to get in to a service contract which will absolutely not be happening. Use this company at your own risk!

Absolutely awful interaction, intimidating and forceful. Wrote a complaint to be addressed in October, followed it up 15 days later as no reply. It continues to be ignored. It is my opinion they should not visit people in homes, particularly female or vulnerable I.e. elderly. I now intend to follow them up with trading standards

Used this company based in Glasgow to install solar panels and battery two years ago . The system has worked flawlessly since until an update this weekend. However one call to the office in Glasgow and it was resolved withing a couple of hours . Excellent after sales support even two years later

David was amazing when he came to the house to sign us up, and the boys that did the work in the roof were so respectful and professional, they didn’t leave even a little bit of mess, everything was clean and I had no hassle at all after the work or even during it!!
