We don't usually agree to use cold callers, but when he described what their company did, we agreed to have a no obligation survey of the inside of our roof, as we knew that it did need more insulation.
He came the following week and carried out a full survey of our loft area. He gave us a full desctiption of how the roof was and the work that was needed to be done.
We agreed to this, and the following week the installer came to do the work. He worked for several hours and completed the job satisfactorily. He was polite, friendly and left no mess, leaving our bungalow as he found it.
There was one slight problem afterwards, that evening, when we found that our television was not functioning properly. I phoned their headquarters in Plymouth the next day and explained the situation and was told that they do have this problem occasionally, with inside the roof aerials and they would get it solved at their expense. They arranged for a TV engineer to come and reposition our aerial, which was inside the roof.
This has now been done, and our TV reception is satisfactory again.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work that this company has carried out, and would recommend them.

Everyone explained clearly what was required to improve my loft.
I was encouraged to put my head into the loft and I saw for myself what was needed.
Also plenty of photos before and after.

Brilliant staff professional service .the loft was totally destroyed by vermin urine. Which degrades over time and a danger to your health. Now a clean loft and now energy efficient. 100% professional service. Has a pest controller. Seen many a lofts destroyed by vermin .

I saw ecoshield working in a house few doors down, I approached one of the installers and they explained what they were doing clearly, I knew we needed our loft looking at but we were just never getting around to it. One of the surveyors came out and gave us advice and was able to fit the insulation within a couple of weeks. Everything went smoothly start to finish and I would recommend to everyone.

We had my mums loft done and we were pleased with the service throughout, thorough, informative and courteous. Got the job done great, would recommend.

I'm too old to be clambering into the loft and I wouldn't really know what I was looking at anyway.
However I can say that the lads who carried out the work were polite, respectable and left no mess.
There was a problem with my television aerial but one phone call to the office and it was sorted in less than 24 hours at no cost to myself.

Installers arrived on time, were very efficient and did not leave a mess.

A thoroughly friendly team who explained what the upgrade involved and also the theory of how the new installation would work.

The only negative point was I hadn’t anticipated issues with the TV aerial - but this too was sorted!

When meeting the team on install day it was really quick and efficient. Same day which was my biggest concern as i didn't want builders in for weeks on end. Ben and joel were fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

The whole process of the ecoshield being installed in my roof was conducted with efficiency & speed from start to finish.

Our initial contact was polite and not pushy in anyway. The survey was carried out promptly and due to a cancellation, the installation was carried out within a few days. The workmen/installers arrived on time, were polite and to the best of my knowledge have carried out the work as expected. The product looks strong and with a 25-year warranty should provide good additional insulation for as long as needed.

Initial meeting was very constructive and full of free advice. Description of work needed explained in plain language. Work carried out when scheduled and completed on time and very tidily. Two workmen were pleasant and cheerful.

Ben, the first contact, explained what needed doing very clearly. Ryan did the job and took lots of pictures to show us what he had done. Very professional and impressive. We thoroughly recommend this firm.

As one not normally to respond to cold callers in this instance we were in need of a check / replacement of our insulation and because of the politeness of the person calling decided to have the survey.
The inspection, survey and estimate was completed by Ben a few days later we then decided to have the work carried by EcoShield SW.
The installation team were excellent, polite, tidy and completed the job efficiently.

I wouldn’t normally deal with a cold call at the door but for once I chose to give EcoShield SW a chance, the loft survey and advice given was explained in a way that was understandable so agreed to have the recommendations done, the lads who came to do the work worked in a tidy and professional manner and happy to explain the work they carried out. Well worth giving them the work.
