Reported breakdown to Green Flag. Egertons contacted me within 5minutes after reporting the breakdown giving me an estimated time of arrival which he met. I explained what had happened he checked the car over & identified the fault and was able to do a temporary repair to get me home & advised me what had failed & what needed replacing. This is the first time I had ever broken down & was very happy with both Green Flag & Egertons all round professionalism.

Had a brilliant experience with Egertons last week! It's never nice to breakdown but everything was very efficient and smooth from booking the collection to dropping my car (and me!) back home.
Tony that recovered my car was really nice and friendly! He explained what had happened with my car really clearly and gave me some good advice on what to do after the drop off. My car is doing great now!

Poor driver awareness. As I was approaching to cross a road in Gorton on Fri 16th Oct the driver pulled forward right in front of me, cutting me off and forcing me to stop and walk around the back of his vehicle. The driver looked directly at me—so he was fully aware of my presence—yet offered no apology or gesture of acknowledgment for blocking my path.

Excellent roadside help from Matt

Matt from Egerton Garage came out to assist me with a coolant leak and was absolutely brilliant. My Porsche was leaking coolant near Macclesfield Forest. He really went out of his way to investigate the problem properly, taking the time to locate where the coolant was leaking rather than simply rushing off. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. A very nice young man and a credit to the garage. I was extremely impressed with the service and would happily recommend Matt and Egerton Garage to others.

Kevin was friendly, helpful and put me at ease straight away, in what was a very upsetting situation

Technician came in 35 minutes, he explained everything he did, he was very friendly and helpful, suggested we should get our battery replaced,so we did ,lovely young lad, very polite, excellent service.

Unfortunately broke down around midnight and were preparing for a long night but the service was so quick for that time of night, around 30 mins. Matthew was great, he even had National Highways slow down and close a lane on the motorway for us to merge back on safely. Very very good service

I have got to say Egertons provided an excellent service having got stuck in a ditch in Macclesfield Forest and via my car insurance company ( Churchill) with roadside recovery the service was excellent. My call was answered straight away and it was put out to who could attend which was Egertons and they arrived on a timely basis and I was kept fully informed of expected time of arrival and very swiftly they got my car out of the ditch which then I could continue on and I want to say a very big thank you to Egertons for the reassurance they gave me and ensuring that I was able to carry on with my journey and what a relief. I was very impressed with the service.

Terrible customer service very rude not helpful what so ever

First of all don’t use this company my car was in a accident and it got taken to Egertons Recovery (South Wales Depot), Unit 12, Heads of the Valley Industrial Estate, Rhymney, Tredegar NP22 5RL
And I was not able to get my stuff out of my car I am missing my mat that was in my boot that I paid for my cigarette adapter for car and know I have buy again and my dash cam lead at first but we went back for the dash cam lead I was just not happy with severs that I had

I have no idea how I did it, but I ended up jamming the front and backend of my car against two fences. Couldn’t move forward couldn’t move backwards! If you paid me, I couldn’t do it again. Kevin from Egerton recovery in Macclesfield was an absolute superstar. He was ingenious in how he was able to free my car. He jacked it up and slid two skates underneath the back wheels and physically pushed the car away from the wall. He was cheerful, professional and I would thoroughly recommend him Thank you Kevin!

Scott and will rescued us in the awful rain from the sliproad motorway and saved our holiday. Thank you so much guys

My car was collected on Saturday 22 August following an accident. I was told it would be delivered to the repair garage on Monday, but this was repeatedly delayed.

I called on Tuesday, Thursday and again on Friday, and each time I was given a different explanation/date. Today I was told it would not be transported until next week because they had other emergencies to deal with.

I understand emergencies need to be prioritised, but after almost a week, my car still hasn’t even reached the repair garage. The repeated delays and lack of clear communication have been extremely frustrating.

I hope the car is finally delivered next week without any further delays.

Egertons, specifically Scott, who saved the day/evening when I locked my car keys in my boot. Initial attempts were thwarted when he managed to release the car door locks and the car deadlocked but not to be outdone he persevered for over an hour and eventually retrieved the keys through a rear passenger window. The actual method was ingenious but a state secret! Thank you Scott you’re a star!

Trying to get my trailer back from Egertons is a nightmare. They either have no staff or too busy to care ar no vehicles and they do not believe in keeping to their contractual agreements with Green Flag 3-5 days to return vehicle from recovery. They said they would return it on friday they did not , no phone call. They have now said it might be Monday relayed to me by Green Flag. They are a joke.

21/6/26 broke down at Brampton Brilliant service, normal wait time, was informed how long with up dates to pick up our campervan, no hassle, driver just got on with it after everything was safe, loaded up,
we jumped in the cab, driver very friendly. Got to our home address
no problems, unloaded the van in no time at all.
Egertons recoverys telephone number is in my phone permanently now, this service is definitely recommend by us. 🌟
