Don't sweat just because you may not have heard of them before, this company is legit and sent a quality phone on time just as they said they would. Every call has been answered by a knowledgeable professional who cuts straight to the point and won't waste your time. I will be ordering again soon.

After all my time searching for a LG wing, finally I found the place where I can get that gimmicky phone that my cousin wanted. Electronicsforce have been excellent from the very beginning.

I had an issue with the original phone that I bought for my wife. It worked but would drop calls or miss calls frequently. Electronics Force helped me get a replacement phone, then send back the original phone for credit after swapping over all the contacts, photos, etc.
The process took a while, but the 2nd phone works perfectly, looks new, and is a big upgrade in memory, battery, camera and speed.
I was nervous buying on-line, but the phone is working great and was a great price.

Had placed a few orders with them for a flip phone, it came all in an excellent condition even when it is refurbished as they advertised it to be. Would definitely be buying more from them for sure. Shipping and service is great 👍

Best phone merchant experience I've had. Many phone stores in my area are your typical scam artists and they can't be trusted, cell2get took some investigating through reviews and such but after confirming their legitimacy, I went a placed the order. After placing my order they shipped it out 1 day after and with the shipping method I selected of 3 day. Shipping and everything according to the usps business days and phone came in the mail as expected and I'm glad to be enjoying my new device.

I have had many attempts online throught stores and retailers online and having such a headache of sending phones back because they didnt sell me what was advertised or what I was looking for. But after getting into electronicsforce to finally getting the LG V60 in a excellent condition that meets my service requirements my headache was no more!

Retail done right! I have had some experience with them years ago but now I have decided that its time to move on from my old phone and get a new one. I noticed they are selling the all new pixel 7 pro at such a great price. I contacted them to confirm the condition and see if such a device would meet my personal needs. The representative jack was very kind and honest with me and i am happy that we shared a conversation together. All and all I made my order through their site and waited just a few short days for the package to be delivered to my door. I have gotten the phone all new in its box and in rocking it so much I have decided to make this review on it. Thank you so much electronicsforce!!!

The phone I ordered was used, was not unlocked and had a crack in the bottom corner of the screen. Nowhere in the item description did it state that it was used or damaged and it was labled AT&T/Unlocked. I suspected it might be used due to the price but they should state as much in the product description as well as the condition and certainly shouldn't claim an unlocked product that is not. It arrived late and the tracking info was never updated from the point when the label was originated so I had no idea where it was the entire time. Now if I want to return it I would have to pay for shipping and a 15% "restocking" fee and to use it I will have to pay for an unlock code. I will not be using this site again. Dishonest business practices!

I can understand these harsh reviews about them. They are equivalent to the negative reviews you have on Amazon products, which sadly people are either dumb or they don't understand what they are buying. Sadly we have people like them but luckily we have people like the customer service rep that I spoke with which he was cool! Easy to deal with and very kind, answered all my questions and placed an order on the website right away. Products they sell are at a relatively great deal, with shipping is what I expect as well as the product advertisement. Honestly I'm going to be a future customer of theirs.

phone is okay, price was okay, BUT DONT PAY OR ADD OR EXPECT ANY SHIPPING SPEED AT ALL!! this is not Amazon, I added almost 30 dollars! for USPS 2-Day [(USPS 2-Day):$29.16]- this was basically a total waste - order was December 6th Tuesday - did not arrive until 'Saturday' - and Saturday was no delivery so didn't receive until Monday- it took 6 days and I added 30$!!

Excellent customer service and excellent pricing. Phone cost half of what it would cost from my carrier, and it was new and in working order. I just needed to transfer my SIM card and info from the old phone. I had some questions, and ElectronicsForce answered WITH NO MENUS OR BOTS--just a human who actually knew the answers to my questions. Fantastic shopping experience.

Excellence is not only defined by the quality of products and prices but also service which electronicsforce has. They helped me with my warranty on a phone that I purchased from them and how to contact the manufacturer, etc... Good people!

Electronicsforce have been such a service for me and my wife for years, phones come in as advertised, according to the shipping rate, fare and competitive prices and deals on device, a massive selection of phones to choose from and more...
Even whenever we have questions we send an email or call and they always answer respectfully and a very nice to communicate with.

The phone I received was defective, and when I called customer service the man was rude and told me to try fixing it at a local shop. When I asked if there's anything he can help me with, he just hung up!

These guys have been all great overall and it would love to buy again from them! The only one star less is because of their shipping carriers that they used to ship my package with and it took some time. But non the less everything came as advertised. 😁

The staff at this store, they are PHENOMENAL. I was called in today, and Isaac helped me transferred phone from old to new phone that I got from them in no time. He is very knowledgable, an expert customer service agent, and a credit to Electronicsforce. Lend this team to some of the other retailers. I am so grateful for the professionalism and support shown to me on my call. It was a great experience.
