So I ordered moxivon products to help with varicose veins. The product rather the company is in AUS. As I live in NZ only 4hr away. The product did not arrive at all. I looked at the tracking number and it just goes round and round. The website itself looks BOGUS, the buttons do not work and the help button to contact them returned with no address found. I wasted $100 which would have been better spent on a better cause. I only found an email on Trustpilot from other customers that were Not satisfied. :(((

I placed the order five days later I received it in the mail that night I took a pill with in a half hour I was hard and ready the wife was pleased with the results

I ordered the Arm Tight product waited 7 weeks for the order to arrive . My order when arrived this week contained a different product and I asked for a refund . I was told the product was the same but I wasn’t satisfied with that and wanted a refund . They referred me to their disclaimer which conflicts with their 30 return statement if not satisfied . On researching the product they sent me I found it on other websites a third of the price I had paid for my original requested item which I pointed out to them . I’m still waiting to return the product but they are not sending me a returns address nor my money . Total scam please do not order from them . On a positive note they were very good with correspondence giving me tracking numbers etc prior to receiving the order but now have gone cold.

Update from my original review . I was offered various partial refunds but not full amount which I should have been entitled to . Eventually it was agreed I would send the product (unwanted) back and a refund given but on finding out that the cost to return to China was going to be $65 (nearly the cost I paid for the initial product ). This wasn’t viable so I accepted a partial refund and I keep the unwanted item. It’s something to be aware of the cost of returning to China . I will say the partial refund was paid into my bank account in 2 days so thank you .

Ordered some glasses that arrived with blurry lenses and completely unsuable.
Tried to refund under their money back guarantee which is complete garbage.
They referred me to their disclaimer hidden on their website and gave me a 20% refund.
Scam artists! buyer beware!

1 x Star is too good for this priduct
Company should not be able to sell products with a high rating review when the reviews they give have to be false as products do not deliver

Wasn't at all what was advertised waste of money . Should have read the reviews before hand . Do not buy from here 😒
