I purchased some mens products in July 2025,my parcel never arrived despite my numerous email request to check where the parcel was. after more than a month,they told me to contact the delivery company-when I contacted them I was told that the parcel was returned,due to a po box was, provided,I contacted Ella Robinson, telling them that nothing is mentioned on the delivery that they don't deliver to post boxes,they replied that,if I wanted the parcel,I will have to pay extra for another delivery,I did that as they weren't going to refund the original payment.
When I eventually receive the product, they don't work at all,not one bit of result was obtained

Ordered hemp cream and received different cream. Not happy

Even giving them a one star is generous! It has been 13 business days since ordering and only after I sent an email did I receive an update that the product has been sent. I kept asking for a refund as it was taking too long and they keep responding to say that they have sent the product now! I am very disappointed and is turned off from using the product purchased!! Never again from Ella Robinson!! 🤬

My order came quickly but what I received was not what I ordered. This was Corevia Hemp cream and what was received was Ximonth Neuropathy Cream with no mention of hemp in the product list. I was disappointed to see also that not only did the product originate in China but was made in China. I won’t be ordering from Ella Robinson again.

The product I bought definitely is not what is advertised. I bought what I assumed was a permanent hair removal product with no nasty ingredients, was meant to be all natural 🤦‍♀️. As soon as I opened the cream, I should have realised by the smell, it was nothing more then ordinary hair removal cream you buy in the supermarket. I thought I'd still give it a go, I did the patch test as recommended, the following day tried it on my face...and followed the time limits. Worse thing i ever did! It did not remove any hair, only burnt my skin! So very painful! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

This is a total scam they sell total useless crap like miracle weight loss drops after I ordered them my wife found several reviews that supports they are fake and scamming people. I reached out not more than 48 hours after ordering and asked for my order to be cancelled I got no reply some 5 weeks later a crushed up package arrived containing these so called miracle fat burning drops I had them tested these are nothing more than water with some added herbal essences in. No supporting evidence that of which they claim. Will be referring toy bank to carry out a charge back on my purchase.

I thought I bought Slimfit on the bottle it says Googeer totally confusing
taste is disgusting, it mentions in the ingredients peppermint can't taste it
I have notice some symptoms as in appetite, no craving for sugar or fatty foods
it's also my 2nd week using this product so can't give much feedback

The communication was fantastic but the product was terrible very disappointed.

Contents of ALL gummies in container had turned into JELLY ! Will never order from Ella Robinson “again”!

Waiting over 4 weeks for delivery. So I think purchase ain't coming. Chances of getting me money back probably zero. Stay away

I have had several deliveries of the slimming patches and although it is not quick they have always arrived. I have found the patches have worked well for me, I have completely lost my craving for chocolate and other sweets or fatty foods, my appetite has reduced and I have lost nearly 3 kilos without trying.

These pants are really good and wash well too

We like our stuff delivered within 2 months.

I am happy with the product, it took a long while to arrive but it was worth the wait.

Order did not arrive and when I questioned this I was told repeatedly to check with my post office and if they confirmed it had been lost I had to get paperwork from them to confirm this. Auspost said that this is not part of their delivery consignment and I relayed this to Ella Robinson just to get the same message back from them. I was at home of the "supposed" date of delivery.....this is such a scam!

I ordered Lotus Flower seeds. Happy with delivery...haven't started to develop them yet but will review later. Only 4 stars as delivery was quite long.other than that happy 😊

The product was a waste of time as it wouldn't stick to the mouth at all not even for 30 seconds you should stop immediately selling this product call thermoplastic DENTURE ADHESIVE as its a totale wast of money , the company should be embarrassed and ASHAMED TO expect MONEY for this product

Haven't seen any weight difference yet but feel a lot brighter. Bit more energy.
