I have emailed Customer Services numerous times this product is not as advertised and the refund never materialised its just a scam or the company has no control on what the supplier is providing its just rubbish

Patches arrived not as advertised. They are advertised with a brown insert you put on your belly button theses were just patches that are extremely difficult to separate from backing paper. I’ve been using for over a week now and not seen any of the magnificent weight loss they are allegedly supposed to have on your body. Personally I think they are a waste of money and just another gimmick to encourage you to spend your hard earned money.

This is a scam company operating out of China.
Ordered a product and eventually received a parcel which came from overseas and not shipped via the local carrier as stated on the website.
Inside the parcel was cheap hemorrhoid cream and not the product paid for.
Contacted customer service but have received no response.
On their website they claim to have excellent TrustPilot reviews but clearly this is a false claim.
I have taken steps to retrieve my stolen money.

Patches as described and timely arrival. However they are difficult to find a starting point to separate backing paper from patch. So far, surprise surprise there hasn’t been a significant weight loss after a week

Incorrect product sent, The hoops through which I was supposed to jump in order to receive either a refund or the correct product were ridiculous, my simple solution has been ignored. This necessitates taking the matter to Consumer Affairs.

A month late. Difficult to check order status. Can't order extras even if I wanted to because of the unreliability of delivery. And the product definitely hasn't worked as I have done as asked on the instructions, with a strict food diet. Don't buy this diet patch product. The box didn't even match what I ordered in its picture on nina penderton product.

I have used the patches for a few days but haven't seen any change .have been in touch with customers service there response is very quick but am not sure I would use these again

Been using this product not a shred of difference total waste of £24.99.
The advert says about wearing all day the package says 4 hours. The advert shows a mess with a ring of brownish mixture in middle there is no ring with brownish mixture just a piece of mesh .
Certainly wouldn’t recommend this product

Took two weeks to come ,used one box and no difference. Complete waste of money . Have now seen them on ebay for a fraction of the price. Same box

I have only been using the patches for a few days so have yet to complete the course. However, I had a query and customer services responded very quickly so that is professional and reassuring. Very satisfied so far. I'll be ecstatic if I lose some belly fat so then it'll be 5 stars 🌟

Kept me in the loop to were my order was .which was a great help.but the only thing I have a problem with is that mine don't look anything like the ad mine just look like a plain patch looks like there's something missing.???had them a week and NO WEIGHT LOSS.!!! SCAM.

I have been using these patches for 15 days now and have lost no weight at all, nor has it affected my appetite in the slightest. I would suggest this is a scam and these are just small rectangular pieces of very sticky plaster which do not help in any way with weight loss. Do not waste your money!!

Disappointed with the product has not helped with my weight loss at all have used 24 of the 36 patches and no change. I feel that is a total waste of money.

I am very disappointed with this item. Having used this for 1 week I have lost no weight at all. The patches are just squares of adhesive dressing and are not impregnated with any substance at all. I contacted the customer care team who were helpful in guiding its usage, so I know I've used the product properly. This is supposed to be better than Ozempic but I am very very . Do Not Buy These are certainly not what they make out to be

Products took 2 weeks to arrive The box isn't the same as advertised and I'm afraid I agree with other reviews. I ordered 2 lots 2 boxes, been using for 2 weeks and apart from slight skin irritation nothing has happened. Advertised as loosing weight instantly in first few weeks....was using as tried everything else to loose some weight before knee surgery. Don't waste your money

Product arrived within two weeks of ordering. I have only been using for twelve days so a bit early to tell yet. I havent lost weight on the scales yet. However, I have noticed my stomach feels a bit firmer. I have another twelve days to use yet. I think I will be ordering more.
