For someone who knows what they're doing, it's easy to assemble. For me, it was difficult, missing screws, and the service was nice and friendly.

We paid the assembly fee for the wardrobe it arrived on time & was assembled quickly with no fuss very happy with purchase & service. Highly recommended.

I ordered a wardrobe which is exactly what I wanted & looks great. The updates & communication about the order & delivery were 1st class. I telephoned with a question & they rang me back. The delivery driver works so hard - he was so helpful & cheerful. I would definately use this company again.

Ordered two wardrobes — the SKY Modern Sliding Door Wardrobe and the IGI Modern Sliding Door Wardrobe. Both are of fantastic quality and look absolutely beautiful. Greg was brilliant with his customer service and assembly — professional, friendly, and efficient throughout. I’m really happy with my purchase and the excellent service I received. Highly recommended!

Overall not to bad email straight away, tracking info and quick delivery. Issues instructions didn’t tally with parts ie loads of bits said need 5 screws when only room for 4. 2 screws short ,instructions didn’t advise to put screws in one of shelves but was holes for them. They are heavy. But decent quality no damage to them at all.

An easy process in ordering my wardrobe, I had hoped for a larger one, but it had to be changed as you need extra area on either side when the wardrobe is being built laid on the floor. So, they changed my order & gave me my refund & it arrived. I had requested for it to be assembled for me, as I’m just way too old to build wardrobes these days. The guys were very polite & got on with the job. It was fabulous & I was happy. I do have one slight criticism, if they had asked me where I wanted the hanging space poles I would have requested them in a different position, but I can do that myself. So, all in all I can highly recommend ELUKS you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered two Ivy wardrobes and the price was very competitive compared to other manufacturers, such as IKEA.
Communication was first class form start to finish and the day of delivery and installation went smoothly.
Greg and Lucas were very polite and quietly and efficiently assembled the wardrobes.
Overall I'm very pleased with both the quality, value and professionalism of the company.
I certainly recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Arrived super early at a date to suit me and accommodated my earlier fitting date request. Fitted a large double wardrobe within two and half hours. It would’ve taken us a whole day to do. Very pleased with it too. Great quality, sturdy, especially for the price. Also installation guys went to great lengths to move bedside cabinets out of room along with fitting an extra rail FOC.
Very pleased, will buy and use their services again. Thank you

No confirm email, that I order wardrobe from Eluks!! No information about my delivery!! Nothing from Eluks when I bought item from them!!

I ordered my wardrobe on 24/07/25 I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks I had to email and chace it. I was told there was a family emergency so ok I understand that but was told someone would be in touch on Friday 15th with details no message I had to contact again and was told to answer my messages I hadn’t received any messages so sent my email address again I haven’t moaned because I understand life gets in the way sometimes. Then a man comes and says area too small it was 15 cm too small we could of moved the bed over at least man was rude and said you do know what space I need I saiid it was ok I’m disabled and can’t kneel down hence the reason I needed the assembly doing wished I told him to take it back and got a refund but I was dumbfounded I knew as soon as I saw his face there was going to be a problem thanks for an awful experience

Brilliant service from Eluks, after spending days searching the internet for exactly what l wanted in the right size/design/colour l came across this particular wardrobe (Sky sliding door)
The item was delivered quickly but
when we came to build the wardrobe, unfortunately the delivery contained 2
of the same sides (mistakes happen!!) I contacted Eluks via telephone on a
Sunday explaining the situation and they
immediately arranged a replacement
part to be sent out and couldn't
apologise enough. This was received on
the Wednesday, the delivery driver was
amazing, again very apologetic and
really nice. The wardrobe was
reasonably easy to assemble and looks
fantastic so much so that l will
definately be looking to order another
one for my son's bedroom when we get
around to it. Would certainly recommed Eluks as their customer service was first class ☆☆☆☆☆

120cm Sliding door Wardrobe bought. The mirrored glass door of wardobe was checked by delivery driver before he left to make sure it had arrived in one piece. We didn't need two men to deliver due to our packages being left on our dining room table/ ground floor.
2 Packages arrived & were both extremely heavy !! Hence if required to be taken up any stairs 2 men will be required to lift.
The wardrobe looks lovely & the sliding doors aren't
flimsy. The product is Solid & of Good Quality.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish! Ordered on the Friday was deliver and assembled the following Tuesday.All queries and questions I had followed up promptly and with relevant information. The assembly technician - Luca was great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The wardrobe - Sky 120cm in grey looks excellent and good quality. All in all a great buying experience all I have to do now is fill the wardrobe! Would definitely recommend to others.
