Great communication.
Very helpful, friendly, professional staff.
The wardrobe purchased, was just what we needed, strong and sturdy.
Delivered at time arranged and we were contacted 20 mins before by delivery worker to let us know he was near.
They check mirror is in tact.. happy to replace any parts if needed.
They said, if we need help, call them.
My husband managed to put frame of wardrobe together, but could not manage to fit the doors.
I called them, Greg replied, straight away, said it's no problem for them to come back and do it.
Greg came the next day, let us know he was on the way and for a very reasonable cost, fitted the doors.
We are very pleased, this is a great wardrobe, and the company has excellent customer service. We are very impressed..and we highly recommend Eluks! We will definitely buy more furniture from them in the future.

I can not recommend this company enough!!! They have been brilliant in terms of communication and during the delivery process, including checking nothing was damaged during transit. The products themselves are fantastic, hard wearing, easy to assemble and look great. The choice in sizes, colours and finishes were what originally had me looking at their website and I am glad i did.

I was so impressed after buying my daughters wardrobes from them, that I got back in touch and ordered 2 more for me!

Had issues with the doors but Greg technician was assigned and supported with the problem.

Delivery all good and according to time stated. Arrived in good condition ready for assembly. Wardrobe is good but let down by details e.g. no rebate for backing board so that shows on the side (ugly) and I’ll need to make a trim to cover it. Door handles are really cheap feeling (for quality, don’t skimp on the things people touch every day!), the screw covers are completely the wrong shade of grey for the wood and one of the structural shelves was cut a bit too narrow so had to be shimmed to avoid bowing the side inwards.
Would be 5 star without these quality issues, all of which could be solved with a bit of extra care in manufacturing…

The hardboard sheet for the back of the wardrobe is too small, resulting in a gap between the two hardboard panels

Ordered a wardrobe from this seller Via Amazon, had my wardrobe assembled by Lucas, really nice person made the job hassle free and it is a lovely addition to the room, would use again and definitely recommend using there handymen service.

Communication about delivery was poor and I had to contact them for a delivery date. If you order on a Monday, for example, you have to wait until Sunday/following Monday for a specific date and that is not communicated, so I was left waiting until I asked. Communication was fairly good, if you messaged. Calls were rarely answered. Wardrobe is great and was fairly simple to assemble. It definitely needs two people. The sliding doors were tricky to work out, but I got there in the end. Will order again for another wardrobe soon. Thanks.

I ordered a corner sofa bed from ELUKS, and it's exactly what I was looking for for months. The customer service and communication were brilliant from start to finish. They answered all of my questions, sent me pictures and videos of the sofa, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. My sofa was delivered earlier than expected, and the tracking and time frame was emailed. Lovely delivery driver assembled the sofa for me free of charge.
So if you're looking for a beautiful, modern sofa bed, ELUKS is the best choice.

I had really good service with these guys as well as getting a discount whilst the sale was on. Gregg and Lucas in customer service were speedy with replies, answering questions and following up during and after sales. The pricing for technicians/fitting was also really good. The first guy I forgot his name, helped me bring up the wardrobe to the 2nd floor for a small price. He was also really friendly and kind as well as efficient. Gregg the wardrobe fitter was great with his customer service. He fitted the wardrobe in a timely matter gave me advice on storing clothes. Very good customer service. They also provide a service for stuck doors so you can contact them and it's again a small price to which gregg fixed in 15 minutes and again gave me some advice. Thank you guys very much. I'm very impressed with the sales team to the wardrobe to the fitting and delivery team as they done such a good job considering the difficulty with parking and being in a flat. Definitely recommend these guys as the service is smooth with great pricing and a great team. Thanks again I can finally get into my wardrobe
