⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic experience!

The dining chairs are completely fab and look amazing in our home! On top of that, the delivery service was 5/5 stars. The delivery driver was super friendly, efficient, and exceptionally nice. He even went above and beyond by helping me assemble and install the chairs right then and there.

The delivery service was outstanding, can’t thank the two men enough. And must say the chosen delivery company was an amazing decision for your company, the sofa itself is 10/10 but the smooth delivery process and the way they made sure to deliver the sofa up 4 flights of stairs and not once complained made it even better.

The product quality was outstanding, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The delivery was excellent and arrived well within the timeline promised by the company, which I really appreciated. The delivery company was also very professional they took away the packaging and cleaned up afterward, which made the whole process even more convenient and stress-free.

I also appreciated that they carefully inspected the products to ensure everything was in perfect condition before completion of the delivery. That level of attention to detail and customer care really stood out.

My only suggestion for improvement would be better communication during the delivery process. While the order arrived on time, it would have been reassuring to receive more updates or progress notifications while waiting for the delivery.

Other than that, everything was excellent. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend the company to others.

AVOID.....Do not buy from this company. Paid for expensive set of bedroom furniture, first piece arrived damaged. And customer service is terrible. Ask for an update when I will receive another and NO REPLY. So they have my money and won't reply or update on delivery.

Furniture arrived with prior notification from courier, 2 men, absolutely excellent. Carried the furniture in the house, assembled and took packing away for us. A pleasure to have such a positive experience. Thankyou. Furniture looks lovely in place too.

A really beautiful table at a great price. Delivery took a week longer than expected apparently due to the supplier and not Nicholas John. However, delivery were efficient, they put it together quickly, placed it and promptly took the packaging away which was a bonus. Very pleased!

Had no communication/update re my order but understood there was a 4 week wait. After second email for feedback they came back and chased the delivery company. Arrived a few days after! And the item ordered is stunning!
