I didn't take into account tha.t Weekends are not included in the 5/10 delivery status I am now giving the company 5 stars, this is because I couldn't fault their customer service.. they did check status on Monday and not including weekends my order did arrive on time .. so thankyou 💓

Nicholas John Interiors are true to their words when advertising their goods for sale. I have placed two orders with them to date and both orders were dealt with with professionalism and I was treated the same for both orders.
My goods were delivered on time and perfectly packaged so no damage on receipt.

Only reason for 2 stars is they were helpful on the phone when trying to find out what had gone wrong

I had such a great experience with Nicholas John Interiors. They were able to provide products we could not find anywhere else. The communication was outstanding and when I called multiple times they were always so friendly and helpful. I needed a specific delivery date and they accommodated to this. The furniture was also assembled for me on delivery. Couldn’t fault them :)

Placed an order over two weeks ago. Money immediately taken, and advised delivery would be in 3-5 days…. No communication since. Have chased up and received a sub par response so I’ve requested a refund so I can buy my product from a more trustworthy and responsive business.
