Gentlemen came on time
Gentlemen came on time. But he couldn’t help me much. He told me something is wrong in either battery at wiring. He went. After that my neighbour brought a small jump starter. It did well. It started my car. I brought the car inside and put the battery charger on it. In 14 hours battery is fully charged and it is starting car again.

Great experience from customer service team on the phone today
Jordan Tubby was very helpful and able to action my request quickly and efficiently. Had some issues with emailing and calling in the past so was nice to have a positive experience when getting through to Jordan.

Called up then go a like ai voice thing that called back just saying the same thing and no understanding on what I was saying talking absolute Nonsense, then saying we wouldn't be able to recover the car because of the road being a brick road and saying to move the car and by pushing it up a hill what a load of nonsense, took so long to get though to a normal human.

Absolutely awful service when I broke…
Absolutely awful service when I broke down I was told that I would have to pay over £1200 to get my car home after taking out this supposed emergency cover
I think it’s absolutely disgraceful that you left me in a situation with five children like that. I will never take out this service again ever!

What an absolute waste of time
What an absolute waste of time. I’ve got premium cover got told they would not recover us home unless we paid them nearly £1000 , they would only take us to a local garage but was bank holiday Monday so was closed . They took 5 hours to get to us on the hard shoulder of the m1 motorway. They dumped us at a closed garage and told to find somewhere to stay the night . I have parts and labour cover to pay for garage bill but guess what? They are refusing to pay that to . To sum up there cover is not worth the paper it’s written on . This company should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT use this company.

Don't use this company
Don't use this company. They are horrendous. They seek to find reasons why they should not be attending rather than putting customer at the forefront of the customer journey and seeking to effectively resolve.
Customer Service Supervisor called and was unable to resolve. This is the worse customer service for a paid for service I have ever received. The whole experience has been made more overwhelming by my placing my business with this company and the interventions I was hopeful to receive being a solo woman.
Alas, this is not a service it's a tick box exercise to avoid ownership and send assistance as expected.
Do not use this company.
