Rip off company , charged me £294 to change a shower flexible hose , avoid this company at all costs
Didn’t even give me a invoice but will be checking with HMRC to see if the charge has been declared

awful had a leak from my bathroom into my hall plumber arrived an hour later found the problem a pipe in my ceiling had come loose the plumber had to go and get parts twice, was at my home about 3 hours total and charged me £606 i still have not received my receipt and guarantee of the work completed never use this company rip off and cant get info or any luck with the plumber Simon he just states i have sent you the information all lies stay well clear of this company and plummer I will get onto trading standards and BBC watchdog and let them know so other normal people are not ripped off

Excellent experience with this company, we had a leak at the staircase from the toilet upstairs at 1:00am , I contacted this 24 hour company a guy called Shero visited within an hour extremely professional, very well mannered and told us exactly what was the problem, he dealt with the problem so effectively that the leak stopped straightaway
He then booked the proper job for the morning
He also secured the electricity without a charge which is very kind
He visited twice and ordered the required parts and charges were very reasonable
I would highly recommend this worker and I found him so far the best in his job

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It was not possible to leave NO STARS. Absolutely disgusted with this company and attitude. Having booked the job, told a price for the first hour was with call out, then turned out to be the hourly rate. Megan, who calls herself the area manager, whereas Simon the engineer called her his manager, has the customer service level of a flea. She was not interested and told me I should have checked the website for the rates, My fault, However having checked the website I have been overcharged £60 per hour. Simon did the job, although has left me without the ability to plumb in my ice machine by. Surely a plumber would turn up to a job with parts

I strongly advise you not to use this unprofessional company. They charged me £49 callout fee which I had no issue with. They did the work in 80mins and charged me £451 labour charges to round the invoice up to £500. Not quoted that they charged £338.25 per hour which is what this equates to. They replied to my review and said they hadn't done any work for me. I have checked my invoice and it is them. I am currently going through there complaints procedure but have had no reply to my correspondence

Advertises as local but is not. Having declined charge of £180 as emergency to replace leaking kitchen tap, agreed price of £144 for booked rather than emergency appointment over the phone When plumber arrived he had WhatsApp from company stating charge of £180, 50% of this goes to company, 50% to tradesman. Tried to contact company, informed that area manager would call. Then got a text message saying contract was between the plumber and myself and nothing to do with the company, I paid the plumber as he said the company would demand 50% of £180. I will take further, but do not use if possible.

Posing on Google as local services such as plumber and electricians and will charge you extra.

I called a local plumber called Rayn plumbing. They didn’t exist. It was emergency services 24 who found me a plumber and charged me extra for the privilege.
I advise you to report to action fraud and Google just like I have.
They did refund me but only because of the fuss I caused. The fact they continue to prey on others is vile

Con artists. We worked for them a few jobs and they were trying to make us go to the wholesalers to ramp up the bill. The staff are paid by bonus so they want you to rip

Worse experience ever! I wouldn't even give 1 star! I had an issue with the electrical system and this company send a man named Shero.
There are so many weird details about this guy but I just want his company be aware how he “steals” clients and make aware everyone that this guy is very unreliable and not professional at all!

This company is a scam. They don’t even reside in this country. They advertise under many different names and use places like Gas Safe to get professionals details. They then charge £180 and split the proceeds with the tradesmen by 50%
They pay no tax or NI…they are backing the law and will be reported to HRMC, trading standards and Financial Ombudsman.
My advice is to stay away and find a local tradesmen on gas safe etc
The girl called KLEA is a disgrace and is a horrible human.
The good feedback is from there country look at the spelling.

Just a scam to get more money.
I explained what I needed. Waited over a week for a quote appointment, then tried to charge me for said quote.

They are not the local companies advertised I did not telephone direct 24 or emergency services 24. I dialed a local electrical company.

They charge you 180 just for a call out fee , without actually doing anything. And then charge double for the job , but only pay an actual local contractor half and then charge the contractor the call out fee which they claim back!

Scam rip off service . An office bunch of people with no clue about anything other than scamming money from old and vunerable people !

We had a leaky pipe on bank holiday Sunday evening, and called up for an emergency plumber. We were lucky to have a chap called Shero arrive after about half an hour - he was friendly and clearly new his stuff. Managed to sort out our leak, and talked us through what he was doing just in case it happens again. Very pleased, and would recommend. Special shout out to Shero!

Amazing response after having been let down by the Insurance company service. Plumber was here within two hours,and resolved our problem within the hour.

Re: the response, it was my request of a cancellation which provoked an aggressive response. As such, no receipts etc. are necessary.

Fast response after a burst pipe. Repair was efficient and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Great service

I rang the emergency number and they answered straight away. Shero came 15 minutes earlier that stated. He has sorted out the leak and also sorted out 2 light switches for me. A really great job and I'm happy with it

Very poor service, advised “our engineer” (sub contractor),
Will be charged per the hour which was fine then for the engineer to charge nearly £300 for 2hours yet only being at the property for 1 hour,
Stated the issue with the heating system to the office yet the engineer didn’t even do anything with it, manually got the boiler running and told my partner it was all fixed yet after 10 minutes of him leaving the system shut down,
No work was completed
Have contacted the company several time with many promises of calls back either from area managers or custom Care yet nothing from either, now been ongoing since October 2023, ended up buying oil heaters and waiting 2weeks with no heating system for a local company to complete the works

Would not recommend!!

Called up and plumber arrived quickly, resolved the problems we had with our broken toilet and was charged fairly. No complaints
