Extremely poor customer service…
The company attended my property in good time completed the work with satisfaction however would not provide an invoice despite numerous attempts to obtain one. I was not unhappy with the work but the company are clearly using it as a front to not pay tax or to obtain cash only from its clients. All I asked for is an invoice so I can claim back the emergency work in house insurance. Not a tall order but one that seems to completely be out of reach of this unprofessional company. Steer clear at all costs. The customer service is appalling.

Representative was unprofessional
Rang these out of hours on Monday 24th July as my toilet was flushing constantly. Guy came out with his girlfriend in the van, £180 charge didn’t have any parts with him, so he isolated the toilet and caused a leak into my kitchen below said he would come back the next day and would be an additional £130 to fix it and he would do it off the books so don’t tell his company, as it would be cheaper to go through him. Called a few plumbers the day off and was quoted between £50-£60 to do the same job. Called the company to complain 4 times no one has got back to me yet. Told them he offered to do it off the books and they were horrified because he was doing off the books work and still not had a callback. Update - since then I have finally spoke to a lovely guy called Henry and he is looking into resolving the situation. Will keep the review updated as it is resolved. - since are wrote this you can see the reply below, we have emailed the company 4 times and called them over 10 times since Monday and received no clarification of refund and in terms of the contractor they sent who is paid directly the company should consider checking there recommended contractors for good practice. Citizens advice were very informative about our next steps and the consumer rights on the steps to follow. Anna if you see this message please check your emails as I have emailed 4 times already. One outlining the issue and my discussion with the area manager Henry and he was happy for us to pursue the refund. Please check with him as he said to mention he had personally dealt with this issue

Don't use these cowboys
I had a leak coming from my toilet and rang this company as I was in need of a plumber. I rang them Saturday night asking g for a plumber to come out Monday as it was cheaper. However over time it was getting worse, so asked for someone to come the next morning. I get up expecting someone to arrive at the time. They didn't show. Then get a phone call from the boss saying someone will be there within the hour. He arrives a hour later. Turns up looks at the toilet and assumes it is a problem with the flusher and that it is leaking from the old flusher been corroded. Says he will check the waste pipe too. Fixes new flusher and says the leaking is sorted. Fast forward a week and a half and the leak returns. Have a actual plumber come out and he finds that the pipe that takes water to the toilet tank part is leaking and has made the wood above the waste pipe rotten. He removes the wood and fixes the leak for a 3rd of the price to have the emergency plumber out. Now the kicker to all of this is when I rang this company again to talk to them about the leak returning, I was told by the "boss" that the plumber he had sent told me that the actual problem wasn't fixed and that it would be a 3-4 hour job to sort it. I was never told this and was told by the plumber that was sent it was sorted. They were trying to Rob me of more money. It took 5 minutes to sort and should of been sorted on the day the plumber was sent the first time. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Can't get in contact with anyone and like others have said they don't leave a invoice so you have proof they have even been there. Absolutely disgusting

We needed an emergency electrician on a Sunday. Quoted £156 on the phone. Charged £270 and taken to the cash point as he insisted on cash.
My electician came out several days later, he found the electrics to have been left in a dangerous condition and there was no longer power to the socket for the fridge freezer.
Yes I complained by phone and email and have had no response.
I would query if the electricain was qualified. Totally unacceptable.

I cannot give no stars but I would if I could. Vulnerable 91 years old. Call was made yesterday evening promised plumber within the hour. No one before midnight. This am. plumber turned up totally un-announced to vulnerable customer who was on his own as family were not given advance warning. Plumber in and out by the time we knew saying there was no problem. What planet he was on or did not want the job!. That was 8.20 this morning. He was supposed to be redirected back to job. Now after 1o'clock in the afternoon no show! Avoid , avoid 100 times

Will charge you on the spot but will not issue an invoice, charged VAT.
Completely Fake, fake fake.
Been trying for 3 days to get an invoice and just get a dodgy answering service. Really frustrated to get conned.
UPDATE: The complaint wasn't about the price or the work, the complaint is that I have still not recieved an invoice for the work carried out so I cannot reclaim it from the owner of the property.

What an absolute con
What an absolute con, yes they will send soemone out to undertake the works however no you will not be able to get a receipt for the works. If you plan to make an insurance claim then DO NOT use this company as you will be left holding the bill.
Update, The published company number is not listed with companies house so not a UK firm and surprise no VAT registration number either so when they come to charge you they state "Plus VAT" despite no registration for this in the UK, no wonder they dont want to give you receipts = Fraud
I then get the automated copy response from them as all other reviews offering a 15% discount, i dont care if they are only acting to introduce people to tradesmen, you still have responsibility for those you introduce as vetted by you to uphold your own high standards which now appear to be non existent. Regards charging they clearly state that prices do not include vat but nowhere do they say that vat is going to be charged so not that clear in pricing.

Utterly Useless Cowboy Company
Utterly useless. Sent a plumber who thought that a tiny bit of water on the bathroom floor was causing massive staining to the ceiling below. No investigation carried out and charged £170 for the privilege. Got a proper plumber round and he found the problem (failed tap washer). This company won't even give you any invoice for the 'work' that THEIR contractor does at your house. Avoid this foreign-based agency like the plague. I shall be pursuing them via other means to get my money back. Oh, and they claim to be a "Google Guaranteed" company but, surprise, surprise, they're not. Bunch of cowboys preying on desperate people.

They did the job, but charged 3x what I expected
Quick replies and they went and sorted our leak on the same day, which I am grateful for. They originally said they would get there within 30 min to 1 hour, which is why I went with them, but ended up getting to the property almost 4 hours later “because of traffic”.
The plumber called often to keep me updated, which I appreciated. Also, he sent a video of the job at the end, also appreciated. However they ended up charging £240 per hour for the simplest of leaks to fix (more than originally thought because they needed a part and there are no nearby shops) but that was not explained beforehand or I probably wouldn’t have gone with them. I was told that I would be charged £240 min, which included call out charge and first hour, and that is not the same thing as £240 per hour, PLUS vat. I ended up paying close to £600 for a 10 min job, and was presented with the amount after the fact, so I was effectively trapped and had no choice but to pay.
It didn’t help things that I never received an invoice and it was the plumber himself who sent me his personal bank details on WhatsApp with no written breakdown of costs. And later the “area manager” messaged to ask how much the plumber had charged. It all sounds and looks very dodgy.
However I am giving 3 stars because they did come on the same day and they did fix the leak, and I appreciated being kept up to date as the job happened. I just hope the fix will last, which only time can tell. I will not call this company again, however, because of the extortionate costs.

A plumber who couldn't unclog a sink?
I had a plumber come out to fix a blocked drainage today. It seem simply enough to me. I asked for a 9 am appointment, the plumber decides to rock up at 8.15 am.
He had a look at the issue removed tube from below the sink used my bucket to collect the dirty water and informed me that he couldn't do anything to it! Still wanted to be paid £144 for a 20minute ‘job’ that he could not resolve. Some plumber! I contacted an alternative service which came an hour later and fixed the issue within 10 minutes and informed me that there wasn't anything wrong externally. Basically robbed off £144. I hope to hear back you soon as to why you believe an unresolved job should cost so much and no follow-up after I contacted a member of your team!

Plumber called Laurence came on time, was polite and fixed the problem. Had problems hearing the person on the phone as the call centre background noise made it difficult to hear her clearly. Was alittle worried

The electrics in our house went and we needed an electrician as an emergency so contacted this company . I was assured someone would be with me 30-60 minutes later . No one had been in touch still seven hours later …..I tried to contact them again and was told I would be contacted when someone was on their way . Two hours later I was sent a message saying that cancelled my request as no one was available to come . They said I could however make an appointment for an electrician to visit ….THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!!! If there’s no one for an emergency , then there won’t be anyone for a regular call, surely???
