DO NOT USE Con artists, do not use £280 for a load of nothing
Emergency plumber turns as my ceiling is on the floor and water is still coming threw. But turns up with no push 22mm fittings🧐 plumber refuses to give an invoice, I rang the customer service number to ask for one, they said I’d receive one within the hour, now they have blocked both numbers they recognise that’s to my address, I know this because I rang from my sons phone while from mine and it was answered, no automatic response like the other 2 numbers. Then I was abused by the lady on the phone, the plumber never solved the issues fully. Whats app said they would inform area manager, but nothing back days later. These people use un vetted people, they are like any, some are good, some ok and some rubbish, mine was ok he actually refunded me back £100 but only after ghosting me for 2 days. The invoice he did send was a message from his phone that anyone could have sent to me, not that either party care that my insurance company does not accept screen shot messages as proper documentation. Now with no hot water or heating and a disconnected toilet and a blocked waste pipe I was left with no choice but to call a heating engineer and attempt to unblock it myself as the “emergency” plumber doesn’t seem to carry much apart from his girlfriend in his van!
As he kept saying he would return then wouldn’t and let us know at the last minute, to late to get someone else As I explained to the engineer!
Please Do not use this company!!!

had a fantastic experience with James! I called them on short notice when I had a leaky faucet that needed urgent attention. Not only did they respond promptly, but they were also able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and they even took the time to explain what was wrong and how they fixed it. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I have not had any issues since they completed the repair. I would highly recommend James to anyone in need of plumbing services. This is a FRAUD!!!
This company does not exist - on their website they give a false company number, they do not give the company name and the registered address of the business. They do not provide invoices when they charge exorbitant money for no proper workmanship. They charged me £180 but they did not repair my boiler. They are not answering my calls and on WhatsApp they just say they reported the issue to the regional manager. I reported them to the Companies House and Fraud Action. Please DO NOT USE THEM! The positive reviews may be written by them!!!

SCAM ARTIST
SCAM ARTIST- We called the emergency plumber at 5pm and were told they would be here within 30mins - 1hour. We phoned again after 1hour and we're told the plumber had "broken down" and he would be another 2hours. When the plumber arrived at 8pm he had not broken down, the agency had told him to wait 2hrs to come to us. They clearly just wanted a secondary £144 call out charge as they knew the shops for parts shut at 8pm. When we tried to cancel and rebook the plumber to come for the following morning the operator told us the plumber had already gone to buy the part after she sent him a photo of the leak. This was also a lie and our photo was not sent to the plumber, the plumber was even told the wrong issue and was expecting a toilet leak not a mains leak! The plumber that came was very helpful and understanding and was able to sort our leak. We will never use the emergency services 24 agency again. They lied about the plumber breaking down, they lied that they sent him photos and he had already bought a part. This is a very dishonest business and we will not be recommending them in the future.

Emergency services 24 is a scam. Do not use this service. They dont deliver any good work, very costly yet they don't deliver. Scammers. They lie that management will phone,it seems they dont even have any management. This nonsense should be stopped. Im seeking legal advice

DO NOT USE! Had someone come out to fix a leak about a month ago, been chasing them ever since becuase they didn't fix the leak buy they said it was fixed. Now they've blocked my number and have no way of contacting them. They told me they would get a manager to call me multiple times and now they have just blocked me

didnt complete the job attend within 1 hrs spent 2 hours on site and said the job was fixed and left changed me £288 and the job wasnt fixed when checked. do not used....
now trying to get the money back and nobody has contracted me and blocked my number on there system

One star is too many won’t let me give zero stars . I used north emergency . I presume it’s the same company . One great big con !
Please do not use . Extortionate costs . Told 69 pounds call out and had to pay this including vat even though we did not use them . The other cost on top of this 175 ph or part of an hour . So if it takes 10 minutes it’s 175 plus the almost 100 call out snd then 10 percent on top of all this for admin . If the call out is longer than 1 hour it doubles snd trebles .. Blocked toilet . A local lad unblocked it for 25 quid took him 15 minutes .

I work with the company as an installer…
I work with the company as an installer and have done several jobs and there was always something they argued about. They charge 50% while they do absolutely nothing and the last job i did for this company and i payed them 50% but then they hacked my bank account and took another 50% and when i contacted them they replied by saying it was a mistake and we will refund you but 2 weeks have gone by while making fake promises. Must avoid this company!

We had a leak from our bathroom coming into the kitchen and electrics between Christmas and new year. All plumbers we tried couldn’t come for several days. Emergency services 24 had a plumber at our house in under 3 hours and fixed the issue. They originally promised an hour and a half hence the 1 less star.

This company is incompetent and are very happy to lie to you. I called out for a burst pipe in my home and they said a plumber would be out in around an hour. No one came, so I called back and they said that I would receive a call shorty from the area manager as to when the plumber would arrive. No one called. Then I received a WhatsApp message from them saying that they cancelled my call out and would I like to make an appointment. 2 hrs of my house flooding that they absolutely wasted when I could have just phoned another plumber. I made a complaint and received a message that I would be called by a manager at the earliest opportunity. Needless to say, no one called. A very stressful situation made even worse by this so called 24hr emergency service. Waste of time, unprofessional company. Please save yourself time and stress by avoiding this company at all cost.

Do not use- expensive and useless
Booked an emergency plumber to fix a leaking toilet in en-suite via “Beth the Plumber” which handed my call over to this service.. “Plumber”arrived and rather than fixing the leak he broke the toilet and managed to spray dirty water onto bedding and bedroom carpet. After botching the job he admitted that he was a drainage expert who had some “plumbing training”. Was forced to pay the bill as i’d signed paperwork at the outset to say I would pay hourly rate. Sent complaint to emergency services 24 and similar review on feedback but haven’t heard back from them. Avoid at all costs

My housemate called out a plumber
My housemate called out a plumber - they sent a non gas safe engineer who was unable to fix the problem. We have now had to call out a different plumber who fixed the problem easily and at a fraction of their criminally high cost. There is no complaints procedure to speak of and we have waited over 48 hours from a promised call back from a “manager”

I rang this company at 2pm - they promised me someone would be round in 30mins-1hr and quoted me 180£ for the full service (all that was wrong was carbon monoxide alarm beeping - british gas disabled it and gave us a new one but said needed to get a 3rd party to check it). FOUR HOURS later 2 men showed up - all they did was turn the gas on. It was a sunday and we waited in all day - we insited that 100 pounds was all we would be prepared to pay for this service. We were screamed at down the phone and threatened that 'men would come to the house to ensure we pay'. We ended up paying as two young girls in a flat share we were genuinely scared for our safety. We were also threatened with a 10,000 pounds fine. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company and a complete scam. Our immersion cylinder was leaking. The emergency plumber was incompetent and could not stop the leak as he failed to find the real cause of the leak. He flooded my ceiling badly (left bad water stains) because he failed to drain the water out before fixing the leak. And charged £360.00 for an unfinished job. He is a gas safe engineer but not trained for unvented cylinder.
I have to call a decent genuine plumber next day to sort out the issue.
The customer service is very dodgy. Stay away!!. Thinking of filing a case with citizen Advice soon.
Note:
After the company’s reply I emailed my contact details twice but no one called me as promised. Surely this breaking your head against brick wall.
