I recently had a breast reduction & implants with Mr Shalabi at Enhance Medical Group in Solihull and had the best experience.

From the initial consultation Mr Shalabi was great. I explained exactly what I wasn’t happy with prior to my surgery and what I wanted to change and he explained clearly what would be best to achieve my wanted end result and that’s exactly what he did.

On surgery day Mr Shalabi and the nurses looking after me were so reassuring and supportive making sure everything was explained properly to me and making sure I was okay throughout. The care I received after surgery too was brilliant, I had to stay overnight due to having a reduction and everyone was so lovely.

My PCC Abbie was also incredibly helpful, any questions weren’t too silly and she was more than happy to help with anything I needed to ask.

Highly recommend Enhance Medical Group, and Mr Shalabi - he was brilliant and I’m so happy with my results, I am beyond grateful.

I had my breast reduction with Dr Sreekumar Sundara Rajan on 25th April and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr Rajan fitted me in at quite short notice and from the very beginning he made me feel completely safe, comfortable and reassured. He was so kind throughout the whole process and I always felt like I was in really good hands.

I’m now around four months post-op and I’m genuinely so happy with my results. The surgery has made such a huge difference to my confidence and everyday life, and I’m so grateful to Dr Rajan for everything he has done for me.

I also want to mention Gail, my care coordinator, who was always so helpful and reassuring whenever I had any questions, and Patience, the nurse who looked after me overnight after my surgery. She was so kind, made me laugh and made the whole night feel so much easier. The reception team were always lovely and helpful too.

My whole experience with Enhanced was honestly second to none. From start to finish, everything felt so well organised and I felt completely looked after the whole way through. I genuinely couldn’t fault them at all. Everything about the experience was better than I could have hoped for and I’m so grateful to everyone involved.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Rajan and the Enhanced team to anyone considering surgery.

I had my operation for breast implants under the muscle, implants and uplift. My experience from start to finish has been amazing!
I thought the pain would be much worse after having my operation but I haven’t. I received a phone call the next day to check how I was doing. I went back a week later to be checked and changed my dressing.

Amazing experience all staff at Hammersmith was great so kind and caring, Mr O is a brilliant surgeon my results after 1 week are amazing already

I am booked in to have breast augmentation in January
But when I went for my consultation the people was just so lovely the receptionist omg what a lovely women she made me a coffee as I was leaving to take home with me as she new I had over a hour journey home. Just them little things mean a lot. The surgeon I met was lovely also dr maklad and was so honest and friendly. I can not wait for my procedure now and look forward to it

The surgeon i met refused me after i waited two months for the appointment all because i was honest and mentioned i had an eating disorder for 6months or so when i was 16 years old. That was over 20 years ago, they mustn’t have understood and must be uninformed. I wasn’t even going to mention it because it was so long ago/irrelevant, its silly to say the least, im actually glad i filtered them out, its been a complete waste of time

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. So professional with excellent communication skills between each team.
On the day of surgery it was so relaxed and ran smoothly. Lost my nerves as soon as I arrived. After care so far has been great. All staff were fantastic and did everything to look after me. 5 star service.

All the staff at Enhance medical were absolutely amazing, especially the surgeon Mr Awad and the nurses (Wendy and precious ) on the ward were so friendly and looked after you really well and made you feel calm and relaxed. The whole experience from my first visit has been 10/10

I had my surgery here on Tuesday with Dr Maklad. Well what can I say the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with friendly faces. You are truly treated like royalty. All of the staff at the Hammersmith hospital are wonderful, nothing is to much trouble for them. Always checking in on you adjusting pillows if needed. Best cup of tea ever after surgery. The service you receive here is amazing this team definitely go above and beyond. Just Wish I could remember all of their names. I had a nurse phone yesterday to see how I was feeling and checking in on me. If you are thinking about this hospital then do it you wont regret it. Everything is 10/10. I would use these guys over and over. Thank you so much Enhance for a wonderful experience. Your staff are amazing and I’ll be back in the near future for sure. Massive thank you Dr Maklad what an amazing talented man.

I can honestly say from the phone call made to arrange my consultation to the day of my procedure Enhance have been absolutely incredible. I have had the best care throughout and can not fault anything. I am over the moon with my results and would highly recommend Enhance to anybody thinking of going down the road of cosmetic surgery.

I honestly couldn’t recommend my experience enough. From my very first appointment right through to my surgery and aftercare, I felt so well looked after and supported.

A huge shout-out to Dr Shalabi, who I cannot thank enough. I’m absolutely over the moon with my results and couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon. His professionalism, skill and attention to detail were incredible, and he made me feel completely confident throughout the whole process.

I had an amazing experience with enhance medical. You don't really get time to get nervous as they are so swift and reassuring on the day. Dr Seno is amazing and a miracle worker. I thank you so much for changing my life💖

The only negative is my nurse post op, I was discharged before I had eaten or passed urine. I didn't feel right when I left and once I got to the hotel I was repeatedly sick and faint, and still didn't pass urine until the next day. As a year 3 student nurse myself, is it not normal to send patients home following surgery without passing urine and eating.

Regardless of this, I still recommend Enhance Medical to everyone and would go back and do it all over again🥰

This process has been so simple and easy and they have the best people in place, the day of the surgery my nerves were put at rest because of all the amazing staff at the hospital. I’m so happy with my results 2 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with Dr Maklads results.

I also wanted to give a shoutout to my checkup nurse in Manchester whom I don’t remember her name but she’s a credit to the company. A young lady nurse checked me over and removed my bandage and she was the most gentle and caring nurse, I wish I remembered her name to thank her personally.
