Absolutely amazing staff made you feel so welcome as for my surgeon. It’s exactly what I asked for. They went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable. Hygiene and the Hospital was so clean.

I had surgery for breast augmentation last week and have just been to have my first check up post op. Dr Adriano Seno and his team were amazing from start to finish on the day of operation. The service was out of this world. Thank you so much for making this experience absolutely perfect for me. There was no waiting around and I was seen straight away. Every single person I dealt with that day were fantastic. I am recommending you to everyone!
After care is also going well, I had my first appointment today and I was really cared for, thanks for putting me at ease.

I cannot recommend Enhance Medical Group at Joseph House in Birmingham highly enough.

I have had two procedures with them: my first was a breast reduction and uplift with Julia Colavitti, and my second was a tummy tuck with liposuction performed by Dr. Maklad. From start to finish, both experiences were exceptional.

The care I received from every single member of staff was outstanding. They were kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, and reassured throughout my stay. Having surgery can be a daunting experience, but the team made everything so much easier and I always felt I was in the best hands.

I would especially like to thank the night staff, Dr. David, and nurses Patience and Karen. Their warmth, patience, and sense of humour made such a difference to my recovery. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always took the time to check on me, reassure me, and make sure I was comfortable.

Everyone I met was professional, polite, and genuinely caring. The level of care I received exceeded all of my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team.

Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so positive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enhance Medical Group to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Enhance medical have been fantastic right from the start. I was very nervous to go to my first consultation but the staff make you feel so comfortable and talk you through everything. Surgery day went better than expected given the nerves and all staff are very caring and do their very best to help you. Aftercare has been great also.

Consultation Day: I met my surgeon Dr Ottoviani who listened to what I wanted out of my surgery, took some measurements and straight away knew what to suggest. I then met with my PCC Melissa who talked me though the process in detail, and was there while I tried on my implants. Melissa was super friendly and supportive and put any nerves I had at ease!
After Consultation: Melissa was super responsive and helpful with booking my surgery, she listened to everything i asked and answered all my questions!
Surgery day: I got a call to see if i could come in earlier than my admission time, which I did. I went straight in and did a urine sample and in no time (5 mins max) the lovely nurse Lawrenia came over and took me to the post surgery room. Within an hour I had gone through all post op paperwork, spoken and took photos with Dr Ottoviani, spoke with the anaesthesiologist and was lying down holding someone’s hand while i was being put to sleep.
I woke up and (in a daze) and was back with Lawrenia and Aifer who really looked after me and made me feel at ease. They gave me my sandwich, made me a coffee and went over all my post op care with me. I was then told to give my chaperone the go ahead to come and get me.
I went in at 2:30pm and was discharged before 7pm.
Post op: The nurse called me the next day to check in with me and reconfirm my post opp care. I then went to my 1 week appointment where I met with Cheryl who changed my dressing, took some pics and reassured me the swelling and everything was completely fine.

All in all, I want to thank EVERYONE involved from start to finish. I can’t remember the names of who was in the surgery room with me, but a lovely lady who held my hand while i went to sleep, the lovely man (whose worked at Frimley hospital before)!! The lovely nurses who were there with me while i woke up, Melissa who’s always super quick to answer all of my many questions and emails (sorry about all that).
THE BIGGEST THANK YOU TO DR OTTOVIANI!!! I am so glad I trusted you with this surgery and I am so grateful for the amazing work you do! Not only is your work amazing (not to brag about my great new boobs) but you really listened to what I wanted and kept me at ease on surgery day too.
And to anyone part of my journey that I have missed out - I am sorry!!! There are so many amazing people that go into making this experience as seamless as possible.

Everyone was very kind and comforting. Made it a very easy stress free process.

From start to finish I had a fantastic experience with enhance medical! My care co ordinator Melanie was absolutely incredible from the start with top tier communication and great knowledge. I chose dr ottaviani for my breasts augmentation as he has done one of my friends 8 years ago and her breast still remain fantastic to this day. I am incredibly happy with my results so far and I’m only 9 days post op. I had my consultation on june 10th and my procedure was done on the 20th July which is the date I wanted before I’d even had my consultation. Not only am I happy with my results I’m also very happy about being 11 weeks nicotine free as I was informed well ahead of time about the no nicotine policy, I don’t think I’d ever have quit smoking otherwise. Overall a really great company and an incredible surgeon.

Can not thank Enhanced medical enough. I was very anxious, nervous and overall scared but excited at the same time, from the moment I arrived at the clinic until I got discharged the staff at Solihill made my experience amazing they made me feel calm, safe & relaxed, can’t thank them enough and definatly recommend Enhanced medical for anyone thinking of having cosmetic surgery.

I wouldn’t go else where.. I’ve been to enhanced medical and seen Mr Maklad 3 times. All three experiences have been amazing, the staff are all super helpful from the phone call of interest to the consultation to the operation date. My coordinators Steve is a lovely man and Abby is a very sweet young lady who both make you feel at great ease. Any questions asked I received a quick full response. Mr maklad is one amazing surgeon who I can not recommend enough, to be honest I wouldn’t trust any one else. He gives honest opinions and only does what you require for example when I went for a tummy tuck he refused to give me lipo which I thought I may need where this would of also been a extra part of the operation and also an extra cost which I highly respected from him. Mr maklad has done my second “boob job” and he told me he is already impressed with my results. Mr maklad is such a lovely man with such great knowledge and experience. He really has changed my life. I couldn’t thank him enough if tried. He should be knows as the surgeon god!

Thank you to all the staff at enhanced medical, I would highly recommend Joseph house as the place to go, it’s a beautiful clinic with such caring nurses. I have met one particular lady who I remember from all my visits (a polish lady) she is a credit to the company.. what a lovely woman she is, really puts all her heart into each patient with a smile and a brilliant sense of humor.

The best experience! I managed to get a cancellation for my procedure so a total of 5 1/2 weeks from consultation to operation. Dr O was wonderful on surgery day, all the staff at Hammersmith hospital were wonderful! The anaesthetist assistant Molly was absolutely wonderful and made sure I was feeling ok about everything before walking in the theatre with me. The lovely lady that took care of me post operative, Ayfer was the kindest most helpful lady ever! Dr O has done a phenomenal job, and his stitch work is by far the neatest I have ever seen!!

I feel like I can already say, Mrs Mudera is a phenomenal surgeon ( 9 days post op) , she is Incredibly knowledgeable, has a strict criteria which meant initially I had to reschedule my consultation due to my BMI ( this was actually a big GREEN flag for me). I had my consultation in Solihull, surgery in Hammersmith and I'm now having my aftercare back in Solihull. Both clinics/ hospitals have met my expectations. Patient Care coordinator has been impossible to get hold of since surgery however the rest of the enhance team are super helpful and answered any questions promptly. My overall experience to date has been as I'd of hoped and I would gladly recommend to others. Thank you to all at Enhance

From the moment I was there I was treated so kindly. I was very nervous and they made me feel so much better about everything leading up to the surgery. Mohamed Maklad was my surgeon doing a breast reduction. He knew I wanted to go as small as possible and he made it happen. It’s still only week two but I’m already over the moon with them. He is so talented. When I woke up the nurses were incredible, took such good care of me. All amazing! I’m so grateful!

Please be careful when booking with Enhanced Medical! The appointments and consultations are extremely rushed as they try and squeeze as many people as they can in.
I felt extremely pressured during my consultation and I paid my deposit thinking I was happy, after a few days of reflecting (and also being told horror stories about the surgeries done by Enhanced) I emailed asking to cancel and have my deposit back. They only give you 5 days from day of payment to get a refund, 5 days to decide on a life changing surgery and thousands of pounds (I asked to cancel on day 6, just my luck).
The response I received after clearly feeing unconfident and needing reassurance, may as well of been "it's over the 5 days tough s**t".
I tried explaining how I felt and they did absolutely nothing to ask about my experience or come to any agreement, the "patient care" here is non existent.
Please, please be careful before booking here, they care about getting money, not about patients.

I came here for a breast augmentation and the hospital and clinics I visited were really clean. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. When I came for my surgery the nurses were so friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. Big shout out to Winnie and Wendy who helped me get dressed after my surgery and both were just generally lovely. There was a male nurse who really made me giggle and also another female nurse with blonde hair she put me at ease as a I was a bit nervous. I can’t recommend this place enough, of course it goes without saying the surgeon who did my BA is amazing at what he does. Very straight to the point but is so knowledgable and he just completely understood the look I wanted. I finally feel amazing even in recovery. Thank you so much.

What a beautiful experience, Dr Shalabi was incredible and everyone from the ladies at reception to the nurses ,including my consultant truly amazing. Highly recommending Enhanced is an understatement- I am truly grateful for everything and my outcome has been perfect- love my girls. After 30 years I am truly happy. Dr Shalabi has literally changed my life!!

I had my boob job at enhanced in Hammersmith with Dr Shalabi and it was the most amazing experience from start to finish! All the staff and nurses were lovely and really made me feel calm.
