Appreciated getting some samples and then finding the cotton stock I needed for calligraphy and watercolour painting of the envelopes. Looking forward to making more decorated envelopes to send! Nice quality envelopes. Love the contour flap style, but wish it came in more sizes.

My hobby is designing credit card sleeves for my friends. Envelopes.com has a wonderful, colorful, QUALITY selection of all kinds of envelopes. I recently created 300 pieces to be included in a ladies day gift bag and they had a limited color scheme for the event. I was able to find the perfect colors from envelopes.com and they loved them. They have a wonderful array of colors. Their prices are terrific and they always ship quickly. Their colors really make my creations pop and I'm so glad I found them and use them. They truly make my hobby more fun AND better looking. I'm trying to expand my repertoire so I can order some of their cards and envelopes and make custom cards for friends, too. It's not hard to be excited over all the products they make--they're gorgeous!

Had a decent experience. Envelopes were gorgeous and customer service was great although the online ordering was cumbersome and didn’t get my order right the first time so had to place two separate orders.

I use envelopes.com for all sorts of art projects. They have such unique options. I especially like the vellum envelopes–– and I've never had any issues with quality or damage. Always ships quickly.

A piece of the design was missing. I sent an email to customer service and they are dragging it along. No resolution. My last order was a week delayed - no resolution. Your customer service is unresponsive.

(3/6/26) I had to go through the process about six times of setting up the envelopes, and then it forced me to sign in but then not let me sign in and not let me reset my password. Once I went through your customer service to get it reset and I signed in, it kept dropping the items in my cart. Then I ordered two different sets of envelopes, and when I submitted the order, it only ordered one set. I reached out to customer service, and then, miraculously, it submitted the second order. After several days and several contacts with customer service, the order was submitted on Feb 17. I received one of the items early last week and am still waiting on the second item, which still says it is processing. Today, two and a half weeks later, I received an email stating that my envelopes actually cost $610.02 now, so I owe an additional $292.82.
Also during the process, I received an email from the CEO Adam, asking to leave this review and saying to reach out to him personally with any feedback. I did email him and explained the situation, and he never responded.

The service was great, however, the imprint was misaligned and off-centered. When I notified Envelopes.com, they immediately credited me the amount, so kuddos to them. If the imprint was aligned, they would have been perfect.
My other issue was that it took a very long time to get them in hand, at least 2.5 weeks after ordering. So make sure you plan ahead and order them early.

Solid Experience. Felt like my rep embraced my needs and worked with me as a colleague. Product arrived the following day after test order placed. Would like to see more color/texture/finish options in same 6” X 11.5” large mailable envelope that qualifies for Post Office in mailing.

I was happy to discover Envelopes.com after my go-to source for colorful envelopes closed during the pandemic. Envelopes.com offers a huge range of colors and sizes, including the bright yellow I wanted. My order arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and was of high quality. I was very pleased and will be shopping there again.

We received great quality envelopes for a good price. The attention to detail in our design to production was great. The CEO of the company, Adam Adelman, personally followed up about our order and asked how they could get better. As a leader of a school district, this speaks volumes about a company/organization.
