This is the second time I have ordered from Envelopes.com. The quality is fabulous. The self-seal envelopes are so easy to use. The printing quality is excellent. I ordered 2000 envelopes.

I needed more envelopes for handmade cards that I send and stumbled upon Envelopes.com. The envelopes I found had a nice fancy decorative edge and they were on clearance! Shipping was extremely fast and the envelopes arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They're a great quality and I cannot believe the price I paid. Will definitely shop again!!

I’ve ordered from Envelopes.com multiple times and they consistently exceed expectations. The product quality is excellent—thick, durable paper with vibrant colors that look exactly as shown online. Orders ship quickly, are well packaged, and arrive on time, even with larger or custom quantities.
Their website is easy to navigate, pricing is competitive, and the selection is unmatched. On the rare occasion I’ve had a question, customer service was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

My last order is taking weeks with no explanation … ! I’ve been on text waiting for answer on tracking my client is furious!

UPDATE 1/6/2026: I received communication from Elizabeth in Customer Service, who apologized for the poor experience and advised that they have taken steps to improve the experience. I will certainly update this review after I next have the opportunity to use the services of Envelopes.com
"Where do I start? We ordered 1000 A7 gold foil envelopes on November 15, 2025. These were for a holiday marketing campaign for my business. The envelopes arrive on November 22, 2025 and they are A2! Waaay smaller! Completely inappropriate for my needs. I immediately reached out to "Patrick" at Envelopes.com. Patrick does absolutely nothing to try to rectify the matter by maybe sending along the correct envelopes. Patrick instead has the nerve to ask me to TAKE A PHOTO OF THE ENVELOPES THAT THEY SENT AND SEND IT TO HIM! Since it was obvious that Patrick was not in a "customer service" mood, I went ahead and requested a full refund and had to expedite an order from Amazon to keep from blowing my entire marketing campaign. Fortunately, Amazon actually sent the correct envelopes in a timely fashion, although at a slightly higher price, and the campaign was salvaged. I had to lug the A2 envelopes, which I never ordered, BACK TO UPS AND SHIP THEM BACK TO ENVELOPES.COM But here is the "hum-dinger" - today is December 27, 2025, and Envelopes.com STILL has not refunded me for the wrong envelopes that they sent! For pity's sake, do NOT use this terrible company! I am not sure what kind of Minions are in charge, but there are SO MANY OTHER COMPANIES out there who ACTUALLY VALUE your business. Amazon is exponentially larger, but I have gotten much better service from them or even Walmart.com. "

This is the second time I ordered from envelopes.com and the first time I was billed but my order was not shipped until just over a month after my visa payment went though. This time I received someone else's order. I photographed it and the packing slip and sent them my order number. They said they would review my case and get back to me. I emailed 4 times and told them I was in a hurry to get my order for an event the end of November. It arrived 12 days after my cut off date. No one takes responsibility and they rarely answer the phone.

I had a very disappointing experience with Envelopes.com, involving both order handling and product quality.
I ordered 250 5x7 foldable glossy white cards. The shipment was delayed due to damage in transit, which I understand is not the company’s fault. However, the order was returned to Envelopes.com and I was never notified. No replacement was sent until I personally contacted UPS to determine the issue and then reached out to customer support. That lack of communication was frustrating.
When the cards finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. I specifically purchase glossy cards to use with my Epson EcoTank 8550 printer and have never had issues with glossy paper from other manufacturers using the same printer and Epson-recommended settings. Unfortunately, Envelopes.com’s glossy paper produced severe ink smearing and never properly dried, making the cards unusable. I experienced the same issue previously with JAM Paper, which I later learned is a sister company.
I contacted customer support for help, hoping for troubleshooting advice or a solution. None was offered. I was simply referred to the return policy, which requires the customer to pay return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee—even for a product that does not perform as advertised. I have 247 unused cards I would gladly return, but being charged for defective merchandise is unreasonable.
Between the lack of communication, poor product quality, and inflexible return policy, I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Most items in stock and ship accurately and quickly. Follow up regarding back ordered items is a little difficult to achieve, as well as "firm" date commitments. Sometimes you are allowed to place items in cart and purchase without the items being available and the only way to confirm availability is through the chat feature as telephone wait times are typically lengthy.
