Excellent professional and friendly service
Drew arranged a very convenient appointment time and was prompt and punctual.
He was extremely efficient in undertaking his survey. He asked appropriate and sensible questions to ensure the survey was accurate.
Drew is very pleasant and personable and made the process easy and relaxed, while being both professional and knowledgeable.
At the end of the process he even sorted out the registration online and showed how to access the certification.
Would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Drew was able to give me an appointment exactly when I wanted with just 2 days' notice. He arrived within the time agreed and proceeded to make his assessment, explaining as he went through his checks. I was able to pay by card, and my results were ready immediately. A very pleasant person, too. Great service:easy, quick and thorough.

FAST DASH FOR CASH, IGNORING CUSTOMERS EVIDENCE
dashed out at end of day 15 mins, didnt bother to look at roof insulation. Provided them with pictures showing insulation when recent 2020 re roofing was done. Chose to ignore that and fact that previous epc (TOOK SCREEN PRINTS) took account of insulation and down rated saying there isnt any. AVOID FAST DASH FOR CASH OUTFIT NOT CONSIDERING PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS EPC. TBH WHO REMOVES INSULATION??!! I HAVENT.

Hello Stuart,
I am sorry to hear this.
We have looked into the EPC, site notes, assessor evidence and evidence that you provided.
No accredited EPC assessor can use an old EPC report for a future report as things can change over 10 years to a property. The report has to be audited with photographic evidence.
As you can appreciate this is a certification that is uploaded onto the national gov.uk website for prospective buyers to see.
I can see have a roof room at the property, your house was built pre 1929 so we have to insert the insulation levels as “as built” unless you have and receipts showing the exact levels of insulation or if the assessor can get into the roof space to measure the insulation.
On this occasion you provided photos external from the property when the roof was being changed but we can’t evidence an exact amount of insulation, if we insert 250mm and there is only 100mm this is factually incorrect and your new buyer could take legal action for incorrect information.
If you are able to find any receipts or photographs with an exact amount of insulation in the roof space we can resubmit your report and amend this for you as explained via email.
Without this we can’t input a factual amount of insulation in your roof space and the report will have to stay the same.
