I had a portrait made for my hairdresser of her two daughters and her mother. Who all passed away and she absolutely loved it. I was amazed how beautiful and very detailed the portrait turned out. Simply beautiful!

My photo was beautiful. I surprised my family with a picture of my deceased father with my niece. They were timely and creative. I would only suggest ordering larger than an 8x10 because I definitely wish I had. It's too beautiful to be small.

My fiance loved the painting of his late father and our youngest son who didn't get to meet each other..The entire family loved the painting and happy tears were definitely shed.

This was the best Christmas gift I could have ever given my parents! It made everyone in the room either cry or tear up. The portrait was so beautiful and perfect in every way!!!

I was very excited to get a painting of my father-in-law who passed of cancer, beside his grandchildren that he never had a chance to meet and it was support me a gift for my Mother-in-law, unfortunately, after many times of reaching out to them, it was not very good and was extremely disappointing:( I probably reached out to them close to a dozen times and felt like no one was listening to what I was hoping for and kept sending me the same picture. The people in the picture didn’t look like themselves and it was actually very sloppy looking:( they ended up just sending my money back and my mother-in-law just had to go without a gift this year. I felt horrible for her and would have never went with them had I known how they were

I have to say I would definitely order from epicpaint again for sure! I had sent 2 pictures one of my fiance and our daughter and one of my father-in-law that passed away a few years ago! He didn't have the chance to meet our daughter and I wanted to make a special gift to my fiance and they did amazing! They had send the wrong picture that I didn't approve but as soon as I message them to tell them they acted quick and sent me the right one ABSOLUTELY FREE!! I got the other one just about 2weeks after talking to them! I want to say a big Thank you to the team this meant the world to us and they delivered the most amazing gift ❤️

Ode I ordered and paid for my order plus the additional people in painting, there was a week of a delay of which I had to reach out to get an update on the start status. Once they replied that my order would be assigned shortly, I received notification that it had been assigned to someone. I got my mock up. Couple days later, I received a message that it was complete and needed my approval. I approved it. I got a notification that it was shipped and I received it within a couple days. This company was a godsend as I had initially commissioned another company to do it and it cost way more money for it to turn out to be HORRENDOUS. Thank goodness I got a full refund and found EpicPaint!!!! This company saved our father’s Christmas gift from my sister and I! Thank you EpicPaint!

I recently had an experience with EpicPaint, a painting business, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, my encounter with them left me quite disappointed. I had specifically requested a painting that needed some adjustments, but when it arrived, it was far from what I had envisioned. The portrait bore no resemblance to the picture I had provided them.

Initially, I was relieved when they agreed to fix the painting. Given that it was intended as a heartfelt gift for my family, who were grieving the loss of our beloved dog, I wanted it to be perfect. However, my hopes were quickly dashed when they decided to ship it to me without making any changes.

This incident occurred right before the holidays, a time when emotions were already running high. I had hoped to present my family with a beautiful painting that would serve as a cherished memory of our dear pet. Regrettably, EpicPaint seemed indifferent to the significance of this gesture.

In such a delicate situation, their lack of empathy and disregard for my request was disheartening. It is crucial for businesses to understand the emotional value attached to their products, especially when they are intended as meaningful gifts. Unfortunately, EpicPaint failed to grasp this concept.

I sincerely hope that EpicPaint takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service. It is essential for businesses to prioritize the emotions and needs of their clients, particularly during sensitive times.

They resolved my problem…communication is advisable for said company. I would not have written a bad review had they contacted me to let me k ow they were sending the other item

Customer service is amazing! It’s such a relief to be able to get a quick response and be speaking with someone who seems to genuinely care. Our picture came out great even after I felt I might be asking too much or too many changes. It was a super quick delivery and I am already thinking about what could be my next order!

I ordered 2 pictures only received 1, no one will return my emails or calls. (Which I called 2 times and emailed 4). The pictures are just prints that were photoshopped. These were Christmas gifts and now I don’t have my order. I am very unhappy their services. I will never use them again.

The painting we received was horrible. I have requested to receive the address to return the $300 painting due to the overall look of the painting including the teeth being pink and black and have yet to receive a refund or the address to send the painting back and it’s going on week 3. They don’t have any contact information available outside of an email address that sends generic responses. We ended up ordering the painting from another company and it was perfect.

You need to improve on your response time when someone sends you a message weather it be email, message through face book or what. Also make sure that your customers order is not stuck somewhere for several days. I do have to say that I was pleased with the outcome when i sent back feedback about changing something with the pictures. I hope you get better customer service.
