Customer service was fantastic! They listened to my wants of my picture and went above my expectations. I'm in love with my picture! I cried when I got it and opened it up.

Does not look like a paint, its just the same picture printed and it was expensive just to receive that, never doing this again

Never . And I mean never. Order from this doodoo eating company. I am still waiting to get my refund they keep telling me that they want to edit my order and every time they do something gets worse. These are all ai generated. You can most definitely pay a high school student less to edit photos better than them. They are horrible, there is no customer service number which should have been my red flag. I will never EVER order from this company again. They ruined my Christmas present to my parents, GARBAGE PEOPLE GARBAGE COMPANY

Customer Service was amazing!

I ordered a portrait November 14th and everything was going really smooth so far. I got the preview link of the portrait, they listen when I had some comments on it and changed it within a day or 2 and I approved the portrait. Couple of days go by and they said it’s printing and it will be shipped soon. I was so excited everything was happening so smooth a quick. When I get the portrait I open it, and it was a completely different order, they sent me a painting of the Golden Gate Bridge. How could they have made that mistake. I immediately panic because they have no number to call just a custom service rep through text. I was told I’d get a refund and I could keep the painting free of charge and that I’d be sent the correct portrait. They took a week to get back to me and send me the correct one. I do not recommend this company only because of the stress I went through, and they really need a number to call.

They did a fantastic job with making sure I was satisfied. I previewed what they were going to do. I asked for a few changes and all the changes were met within a day. They have probably the best customer service. To the company, thank you for everything you’ve done.

This place is awesome. They were attentive to inquiries within 24 hours if not sooner. They did a fantastic job on my picture. I love it! Definitely will be back for another and, I'll share with friends too. Thank you!!

This was the worst experience ever. The only way to communicate is by email. It takes days for them to respond. I ordered my picture in October. They sent me a picture that I did not approve of with a stranger in the photo. It's 12/14 they have yet to correct my picture and it was a Christmas gift. I leave to travel on 12/22 and dealing with this company is existing. At this point, I want a refund. I will buy it after the holiday from another company.

Portrait looked nothing like my mother in law. After asking for modifications it was changed but not any better. I’ve emailed customer service several times because I still haven’t received anything and since November customer service has not returned any of my emails.

I was not satisfied with the final photo! I sent multiple requests for modifications that were wholly ignored. I then sent emails again requesting that they look at my requests for modifications and instead the sent the final product to me. I will not be ordering again. I wrote about these concerns and was then emailthat once I received it I could send it back for another artist to redo it. This was a surprise present that needed to get to me by a certain time so that couldn’t ge done. I don’t know how the recipient will feel when she sees it. I won’t know until her party and I hope that it doesn’t go badly. Very disappointed in the entire process!

Unbelievable. No words to describe the awe i felt when looking at the finished product. Also the wait time was very minimal which was a major plus.

The turn around time was amazing. I chose to pay extra to be moved to the head of the que and I got my order a week later, Pictures looks amazing. Will defiantly order again.

They created my design in a timely manner and gave me the option to approve or modify the picture. They worked with me through a couple minor modifications to get my picture just the way I wanted it and then shipped it quickly!! I would highly recommend

I asked for changes to be done and they were not done. Emailed back and forth and still no changes done. Just took the painting since i paid over 200 for the painting.

I am so thrilled with my purchases they portraits are absolutely amazing and I know my children will love them. Thank you

Second time using them and was not pleased with the outcome like I was the first time.
