I was very unhappy with the work 😕 I requested a refund and never got it

The painting had me speechless amazing job on my late husband portrait ❤

It was ok...I felt for $200 bucks they Could have put more time and effort into making the people in the image. Look like they were actually together.

I was hoping to LOVE IT...
Because I wanted to get one for everybody in the family at that point for Christmas.
As well. I have a list long of people who I would do that for because of their situation.

I just don't feel like I can trust it to be fantastic, So I will not risk spending the money.

I was disappointed with the painting because the picture they showed me on the preview did not look like they had turned my son and I's hair black. It also didn't look like they turned his eyes blue, but they did. Then to make matters worse, I had to send 5 emails before I got working digital download with a password. It was like pulling teeth.

The picture was very cut and paste of the pictures I sent in, not blended together at all. My son didn't even look the same. He looked like an alien! I tried to have them modify but the site wouldn't let me then the final product showed up a week later at my house. I even reached out for help getting it modified but the customer service gave me some generic answer that had nothing to do with my question. I ended up going to another, more expensive site that was more hands on. You get what you pay for!

The picture was amazing but for the price, the frame was very cheap looking. It did not even have the stand to sit on a table. I an having to update the frame to give as a gift. That is the one thing i would change.

They completely botched the painting when I asked for them to edit it after the preview I heard nothing, I asked to cancel, heard nothing. Had to call my bank fo stop the charge so I didn’t pay $200 for nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I saw their ad and thought this would be a wonderful Christmas gift for my mother as this will be the first Christmas without her mother. I placed my order on November 16. I got my first preview almost a day later. I asked for a modification and a few days later I got the preview and accepted it. This entire time however, I did not receive any tracking numbers or emails saying it was shipped out. I sent out an email and on November 30th, i reieved an email back and I was told my painting did not ship out....TOTAL LIE!!!! On December 6th, I FINALLY got the tracking number and an email that said "Your order has been shipped". I was very excited. I put in my tracking number to see the expected delivery date, only to discover it was shipped out on November 26th and on December 1st it was already back in TX to the sender!!!! I've sent NUMEROUS emails asking why I was not informed that my painting was shipped out until days after it was returned. NO ANSWER! I am going to dispute this charge with my bank to get a refund. I paid $150 total including the $30 to "jump the queue" only to be dealing with this non sense. I do NOT RECOMMEND them at all!!! It honestly seems like a scam company that just takes your money!

Update: I got my painting. I was emailed a couple of times after this post stating they are working on shipping it out again. Received my painting Monday 12/18. It looks good. I have updated my status although I still believe costumer service could be better.

I ordered and received 3 pictures. I am very pleased with them. I was worried as I found them on Facebook and that can be an issue. Fraud / scam etc.... but they had great communication, and the pictures are just awesome. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for the great memories of my loved one that passed.

I ordered a picture off an ad on TikTok for my husband for Christmas and was honestly super nervous because I have seen other companies work. I must say my artist did AMAZING! It came out so perfect! Far beyond my expectations! It made me so emotional to see it all together and I know my husband is going to be over the moon about it! I will definitely be recommending to anyone needing a hand made portrait for a loved one!

The painting was so realistic, as if it were really my friend’s brother. When he saw it, he kept looking at it nonstop for a while before he said anything but was very grateful to have received this as a love gift. Thank you all for helping my friend during this time of loss.

i honestly did not like how it came out . it looked completely different from the picture i sent

So I ordered a portrait and it says that they shipped it but I still haven’t received my email for my digital copy that I paid for! Their communication was really good until I told them that I never received the digital copy. They now won’t reply to my emails and that’s the only way to contact them! I would have gave them 5 stars if they would have sent my digital copy and keep in contact with me!

I'm sorry to write this review if I'm honest this is my second order with epic paint and so far it's been awful. I sent in my photos and placed an order. When the first preview came I had some things I wanted changed so I submitted for changes and got no confirmation. So I emailed. They sent me an email saying the artist wanted more pictures which I sent. It's been a whole week since I sent the new picture and I haven't received a new preview. I sent a couple emails over the week which no one responded to. Finally I got a response that told me rhat I had received a preview link. I absolutely have not unless they meant the original which I sent corrections for. Now I'm concerned I'm not going to get the picture or even an updated preview link before Christmas and it's a gift. I don't know what happened I had a great experience the first time which is why I used them again. And what was supposed to be an amazing meaningful Christmas gift is now just a bunch of stress that I'm not even sure I'll receive on time. Also I even paid for the Jump the line to get it faster this is ridiculous

Used them last year and the portrait looked great. Tried again this year and what i received was straight garbage, there were 3 people in the portrait and none of them looked anything like the reference photo that was sent in.
I sent an email about the issue and the response i got was, sorry we’ll send this up and we hope you use our services again.
Yeah, that’s a hard No.
Never recommending this company.

They definitely met my expectations with their shipping time frame. I was a little worried at first because I first saw their advertisement on facebook and I am usually skeptical with those ads, but Epic Paint sure pulled through. My wife loved it and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I was to excited to wait until Christmas. My only issue now is finding a gift to Top this one for Chirstmas lol. Thank you EPIC PAINT, you guys are truly awesome.

I sent my pictures and when the review image was sent I expressed the things that needed to be fixed and got a response saying that it had already been printed. I received the picture with all of the flaws. Horrible customer service!!! This picture was to be sent to my husband in the service and it is horrible

They went above and beyond to make sure my picture was to my satisfaction. Very professional, fast response time and customer service is impeccable. I'd use them again.
