Received the picture it is wonderful, received it in a timely manner before Christmas. The only thing that I am waiting for is a viable link to allow me to view the digital copy I paid for.

This is a great idea for those that have lost someone. What these artists do is amazing and very good quality. Site was easy to use, communication was answered very quickly and all seemed very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using this company again!

Was disappointed by the portrait. My edits were not made and no one has replied to my emails about my dissatisfaction. Initially communication was good but after your otem ships. It appears communication stops.

Fast and easy. Any modifications i asked where done very quickly and beautifully. I just got it and I’m so happy how it turns out.

I had a refund processed as I wasn’t totally satisfied with my portrait, Mike from customer support was great to work with and responded to me in a timely manner and in the future I’m hoping to try again

The pic was a special bday gift for a special person that wanted their military pic since it had been lost. He was touched by the sentiment but the painting looked nothing like him; I totally agree! I sent it back 3 times; they made a couple of changes; it still didn't look like him; I gave up! He said if he showed it to his family, they wouldn't recognize him. I don't know who works on these; I would get my money back for sure. I wish I could upload the pic I submitted & the product I was given. I have been trying for more than a decade to get a replica of his military pic.

I placed an order on November 17 and have yet to receive anything or hear from anyone!! The are not replying to my emails. I have been more than patient and understanding but this is beyond a joke! I'm not one to leave a bad review but I am done and I hope this will get my order or at least a response!! Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication! Something personal and sedimental has turned an absolute nightmare! PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!! And i advise anyone who is looking to order from this company to do themselves a favor and look for a different company who has the decency to return emails. Just Terrible!!! I will update my review once I hear from someone

Asked for a refund and was told it takes time to process. It has been over 3 weeks and have no received contact despite being emailed daily. Will have to get a refund through PayPal. Do not use this company.

I was not happy with the final product. I had requested some changes be made and they were not good. The proof is kind of hard to see because of all the security proof words and stuff. Just wasn’t happy with the quality. I would not recommend.

Horrible communication, horrible customer service, don't trust the return policy

I placed 2 orders the exact same time. I received the first order for approval, and the digital copy I requested in a timely manner, I sent 2 seperate messages on the 2nd order, it was a good 3 weeks later before I received the preview. I have received both paintings but I am still waiting on my digital copy on the 2nd one. So I am a bit disappointed in the service on the 2nd one

Expertly done! Superb! It was my first time ordering anything and they kept me updated. I loved the finished artwork, it was a surprise for my husband, it was his mom that passed 6/4/2022, my husband LOVES it!

When I saw an add for this company pop up I was immediately intrigued. My Mother had passed away a little over a year ago. I was thankful she got to meet and play with my first born son for the first almost 2 years of his life. My Mother however was unable to ever meet my second born first daughter. The team at Epicpaint put together a beautiful portrait out of the three photos I sent them and even made it look like my Mother was holding my daughter. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company is so easy to deal with. If you have any issues with your order. They are great. I love the picture. My sister will getting it for Christmas. I know she will love it.
