Equip4gyms

Poor customer service - lots of excuses /delays.
I purchased of Equip4gyms as they were recommended by a work colleague. The equipment was was delivered fairly promptly. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong rowing machine. I ordered the TALL concept 2, but a standard height rower was delivered. Despite Dom making a number of excuses about reason for delay in addressing this and advising that it would 'hopefully be sorted this week', this has still not been resolved. I have since given up as fed up with being fobbed off. Will not use again. I first advised Equip4gyms of the error 2 1/2 months ago. Several email chases and excuses later. Still nothing....

Their equipment has helped me increase my gym's membership. Thanks, Equip4Gyms!

Equip4Gyms made our equipment purchasing experience smooth and hassle-free. Their team handled everything from selection to installation with care and professionalism. We’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Easy to navigate website. Great communication, delivered on time.
Delivery team were easy to work with.

Equipment was refurbished, and exactly how it was described.

Highly reccomend

Excellent customer service from point of order through to delivery. Vast choice of equipment. Highly recommend.

Super impressed with the guys at equip4gyms, I bought a full rack of weights, a stepper, 200kgs of plates, a bench, and some squat stands, 3 pallets worth basically. Shipped on time and packaged really well, all the necessary bits were to assemble were neatly packaged and in an obvious place too. lots of bolts that could easily be lost in transit. no issues at all.

I was dubious when buying as so cheap compared to others, didn’t expect a full service , but items arrived before the 10 days and phenomenal condition!

I've bought multiple items from Equip4Gyms over the space of a couple of months. I believe they offer the best "bang for you buck" in terms of pre-owned commercial gym equipment & are usually quite abit cheaper than other sites offering similar stuff.

I did have an issue with one of the machines I purchased, however this was eventually sorted out by the owner. Overall good experience & will be back for a plate loaded chest press when one becomes available at a decent price. Cheers

Exactly what I wanted and quick and easy efficient delivery, would recomend

Cracking Service and Comms with Josh and the Team! Can highly recommend 🙌

Purchased a treadmill it’s exactly as described. Their was an intermittent fault and they gave me options to try resolve the issue at first but they didn’t work so they sent out a whole new screen as I was happy to change it my self to save them sending a replacement machine which they where willing to do. Couldn’t fault the aftercare service. Would definitely purchase again in the future.

I ordered a leg press/hack squat machine from equip4gyms. After several weeks it was apparent that this item would not be delivered, equip4gyms blame primal for this. In any case I got my refund but it took a while. I had previously ordered another piece of equipment from them and that arrived, albeit unannounced, without issue

Great guys, great service and always have a solution if a problem arrises! Been dealing with these guys for 4 years now. There prices are more than fair which allows the small gyms to get some quality kit in. I will continue to use them for years to come! Thank you!

Bought a refurbished spin bike for my husband and it was delivered within 5 days. Excellent communication regarding delivery and I was contacted by Josh to make sure we were happy with the item. Would recommend 👌

Have dealt with the guys from Equip4Gyms on numerous occasions now and can’t fault them at all. Both buying and selling from them has been made very easy by the guys. Josh is always on hand for any questions regarding orders and they have always been flexible on delivery dates for myself. Products have always been great from them as well and will definitely always shop from them in the future.

You would honestly get better communication from a tree! Owain passed me onto Dom who planned to visit on the Tues even though Owain had already confirmed the Monday and I had changed my day off work to be there. I emailed Dom to explain this no reply, emailed Owain back to find out what was happening as no one turned up on the Monday or the Tuesday and no reply. So disappointed and such poor basic customer service.

we have used Equip4gyms several times now. I always have great communication and service with them and they have a superb selection of equipment both new and refurbished for different budget. Highly recommend

Chuffed to bits with my purchase from theys guys! Half price in easter sale was an amazing offer. Delivered to my door within the week from purchase. Clean fully working and in good condition. Can't fault it. Neatly wrapped on pallet ready for unloading. Contacted them after purchase to confirm order had gone throu as it was that simple, spoke to josh who reassured me all was well.
Don't hesitate to use this company. In my opinion very good value and well ran business. Cheers to all involved.

After previously using generic exercise bike for my home, I was looking at the my my options for sturdier gym equipment then I came across this website. I never thought to look at used gym equipment and decided to purchase a recumbent bike. I am very impressed of the condition and the price of the item. Delivery and customer service was great through, I would happily use these guys again for my next equipment purchase.

A totally flexible approach, very supportive, helped with all our needs! Highly recommend !!!
