I've used this company twice now and both times they have been faultless.

The most recent time, I reached out asking for the dimensions of specific equipment for my home gym, I was quickly responded to by a guy called Joshua.

He was absolutely great, he answered all of my questions and provided me some great advice too. Once ordered, he gave me regular updates about assembly and delivery.

When my items arrived, they were wrapped exceptionally well and transported with no issues.

Great service from everyone at Equip4Gyms, would 100% recommend.

Good service, machines have been great too..the Hip Adductor Adductor looks and works well. Only feedback would be it could do with a heavier weight stack and more info around that would be better etc. But overall great.

Waiting on a Smith machine which was ordered a few weeks ago. Will update review once received which should be next week from what I was told.

Ordered 2 pieces of equipment in August failed to contact me to say whether the equipment was in for me to collect. Apologised and offered to deliver. failed to deliver apologised again and promised to deliver but failed to do so again. Asked for a refund and despite numerous attempts to get my money back I am still waiting. Extremely disappointed with what is a local company who I wanted to support over other more established suppliers, more fool me!!

They helped me through every step, and was delivered very quickly. Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

Ordered a TRX suspension pack and ab roller online with Equip4gyms and received the goods 48 hours after placing the order. Will definitely return in future

I ordered a matrix elliptical but stopped working after <5 uses. Tried contacting them via email and called them. They said they will send out a replacement keyboard. Not heard anything back. When nothing would work they would stop replying to messages leaving me to chase responses.

Honestly, I have never experienced such bad customer service. Don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is my honest experience.

Recently purchased a refurbished concept rower from Equip4gyms. Item arrived exactly as described 3 days after purchasing. Received timely confirmation and communication from customer service. Highly recommend

Ordered a full rack of Dumbbells online and was told 3-10 days delivery. After well over 30 phone calls (of only 4 were actually answered) and additional messages on social media which were marked as opened and read but ignored and 8 weeks of waiting for them to still arrive I eventually gave up and filed a request with PayPal to have my money refunded.

Incredibly disappointing as I’d missed out on countless other dumbbell sets I could have purchased whilst waiting for these to arrive, really poor customer service as well which in this day and age with the use of email, social media and phone calls is unacceptable. Had planned to buy so much more equipment from this place as the prices seemed reasonable but I’d completely avoid now and recommend for others to do the same.

The last time I spoke to one of their team the chap he wouldn’t dispute the PayPal Case and said the customer service I’d received had been crap but would find out where the dumbbells were and would get back to me asap with an update as at this point I actually still wanted them but this was well over a week ago now and I’ve still heard nothing which is again disappointing.

Bought what was for us an expensive piece of equipment from this company in July for a summer cardio addition to the gym, by October it had still not been delivered. The customer service was absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't reply to emails non returned phone calls blanked texts. Then when we could get through the same lie told over and over again. Luckily we paid through PayPal so we got a refund, id advise not to deal with this company but to find an alternative, but if u do DO NOT PAY BY TRANSFER OR ANYTHING WITHOUT A BIT OF INSURANCE.
Company is ran by absolutely jokers. Why the gaffer isnt on them I'll never know.
