Fantastic used commercial leg press, brought for a great price. One of the smoothest machines I've used. I brought the machine thinking the upholstery was ripped and needed replacing, (As per advertised photo) But when it arrived, equip4gyms had reupholstered it in brand new red leather. Fast delivery. Would not hesitate to use again. Thanks.

Item arrived with missing functionality that wasn't desribed when i enquired prior to purchase. Seems they rely on the recipients inertia to send back faulty products due to their bulky size.
No contact from customer service. Only sales responding and 'buying time' with complaints going to ground. A shocking company to deal with.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU BUY ELSEWHERE.

I ordered a machine October last year which arrived with a repaired crack (not described when purchasing) and faulty heart rate sensors (also not described) contacted them straight away and initially tried to resolve it. When nothing would work they would stop replying to messages leaving me to chase responses. Eventually got offered money off more equipment?! Repeatedly told them would rather have the HR issue fixed or money back from the original purchase. Still waiting.

I have purchased numerous items over multiple orders with Equip4Gym and every order has been fantastic.
I have bought both “refurbished” and “new” equipment ranging in prices and every single item has not only been faultless but the service I have received from the team has been wonderful, Extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people every-time I have communicated with them they have gone over and above.

The best price and range of equipment in the UK. Easy to order. Easy to communicate with the team with any questions or about arranging delivery and installation. And once I received my equipment I was blown away with the quality of it for the price. Full commercial experience for a fraction of the price. I had a power rack with cable stacks installed in my garage. The 2 guys that came to do it were so friendly, quick and efficient. They even showed me how to maintain it and adjust things if I needed them too. They made sure it all worked and was in the perfect location that I wanted for it to all be used efficiently. I don’t often write reviews only when the service and products are exceptional and equip4gyms has surpassed my expectations. Already looking to buy more equipment from this fantastic company. Very bad experience – rower (£614) delivered late only after chasing and multiple phone calls unanswered.
It was supposed to be in full working order but was in a terrible state.
The electrical unit didn't work and the battery contacts were corroded - so much that one even had a hole right through the metal. The chain jumped and clicked when pulled.
It would appear that no one had done any sort of rudimentary check on the machine. I got through on the phone and return and refund was agreed. Again after rower was returned, I was unable to get through on the phone despite multiple calls to confirm the refund, then led to believe the money would be back in my account within a couple of days. After a week of being unable to get through I contacted my bank (Coop) who start initiating debt recovery and advised contacting action fraud and I posted another review and then I was phoned again and that day the money appeared in my account (10 days later).
When I’ve actually spoken to someone – Usually Josh and also Domonic – I have to say they seemed genuine and apologetic and professional , I understand there may be some staffing issues but all in all was a very stressful experience predominantly due to the communication problems – particularly two periods of a week each when I was completely unable to contact anybody from the company despite multiple attempts and I’ve spent most of the time very stressed and concerned if I was being defrauded. However in the end they have returned all the money and to be fair they have included refunding the delivery fee.
I paid for the rower on the 13/3/23 and I have just got my money back today on 5/5/23.

Techno gym Cross trainer was in perfect condition. Delivery was prompt. In fact, equip4gyms was the only gym equipment reseller, who had no fuss about sending equipment to Northern Ireland.
My cross trainer is working very well, since it arrived 4 weeks ago. No issues whatsoever.

I have bought a few items from the company recently and the quality of the equipment and the service has been excellent. Yesterday I had new 20mm flooring fitted by the company the fitters were amazing and nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely use them again.
