Erlebe Avis 

Wir haben an einer Alpaka-Wanderung teilgenommen und sind begeistert! Die Buchung verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Vor Ort wurden wir freundlich empfangen und gut eingewiesen. Die Wanderung selbst war ein tolles Erlebnis – die Landschaft war traumhaft und die Alpakas superlieb und entspannt. Es war eine schöne Mischung aus Natur, Entspannung und Tierbegegnung. Wir können diese Erfahrung jedem weiterempfehlen, der Tiere mag und dem Alltag mal entfliehen möchte!

Ich bin durch Instagram Werbung auf die super günstigen Ballonfahrt Gutscheine gestoßen und habe am 14.04.25 direkt 2 bestellt. Erstmal kamen keine Rechnung und keine Gutscheine per Email an. Als ich Erlebe.com angeschrieben habe, wurden mir 2 Gutscheine zugesendet. Diese sahen aber nicht so professionell aus, was mich alles etwas verunsichert hat. 3 Tage später habe ich dazu die Rechnung erhalten. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich mal etwas recherchiert, weil mich das alles etwas stutzig gemacht hat. 1) Bei Fake-Shop Finder taucht die Seite nicht auf - so weit so gut. Jedoch ist die Lizenz der Seite nur auf wenige Monate terminiert und läuft bald wieder ab. Heißt das es gibt die Seite bald gar nicht mehr? 2) Es gibt kaum Erfahrungsberichte. Schaut man bei Erfahrungsberichten von der Upplevelse.com-Gruppe, von der erlebe.com ein Teil ist, findet man ganz viele negative Berichte zum Thema Ballonfahrt-Gutscheine. 3) Die Gutscheine sind erst im August einlösbar und im Oktober geht die Saison schon wieder zu Ende + das Widerrufsrecht ist abgelaufen. Das finde ich sehr dubios.
4) Ich habe den hinterlegten Kontakt angerufen, wegen meiner Rechnung und bin bei der zuständigen Svea Bank gelandet. Laut dem Mitarbeiter haben schon viele angerufen und er musste den Leuten mitteilen, dass es keine Zusammenarbeit mit erlebe.com gibt und sie nicht wissen, warum deren Kontakt auf der Homepage hinterlegt sei. Ich habe erlebe.com dazu kontaktiert und nie eine Antwort erhalten.
5) Ich habe daraufhin eine weitere EMail an erlebe.com geschrieben um von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch zu machen und darum gebeten, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Als Antwort kam zurück, dass sie gerne den Betrag zurück überweisen möchten, aber die Svea Bank aktuell Wartungsarbeiten auf der Internetseite durchführen. Ich kann keine Wartungsarbeiten auf der Seite finden. Nachtrag: Ich habe die Rückerstattung innerhalb weniger Tage erhalten.

First of all I pride myself in being a patient person but my limits are put to the test with your system. Ok, I understand that errors can occur with every kind of system. I am fully aware of that since working in the IT field and I can easily go over the fact that there were technical difficulties that prevented the shipment of the voucher that I paid for a couple of days ago. Was happy to receive them eventually after a few days but when I received them I was shocked about the limited, illogical and useless information that they contain. I already acquired so many different vouchers from different vendors and the process was so smooth, clear and concise but on your platform that is the complete opposite.

1) The vouchers your system provided have absolutely no information about the vendors you are supposed to be in partnership with so no contact nor name of the vendor or any kind of clear instructions on how to implement them. For example when I click on the View booking information it only sends me to a basic map that shows a list of possible cities but has no proper steps on how to actually use this voucher.

2) On your site on the voucher i was interested in and acquired it was clearly stated this voucher should be able to be used in the time slot April - October and for the next 3 years. To my surprise when I go on my actual voucher I find out that the Booking opens in August 2025 only ... So we have false and contradictory information.

We are now April so there's almost 4 months difference from what is originally promoted on your site. If i would have been interested for August i would have bought the voucher in that month or one month earlier not in April.

3) The format of the voucher seems to be done by my nephew who is 10 years old and now is learning how to use a computer and screams so badly of SCAM. Plus the fact that you only get a fictive voucher number, no barcode, no QR code is really not helping your case.

Bonus info when trying to write email to their customer service mail i receive : Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to customerservice@erlebe because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

So to sum it all up, vouchers provided are a joke and just forward your to even greater joke with illogical or false advertised data, unhelpful and nonexistent information or steps on how to actually use the voucher, basically a complete and rounded "shit show" pardon my french but that is my honest opinion.

My only regret is that I wasn't in a more clear state of mind to recognize what actual type of site this is so congrats on that one.

I will make it my personal mission to make it obvious to all my network and more so they can be properly warned of what they are getting to.
