Thank God for Anthony Higgins
Anthony Higgins (the guy who answered all my questions on the live chat was brilliant. He really stepped up to the mark. However, I found the overall UX of the site to be appalling. I mean it was about the worst experience I've ever had in simply trying to get through a series of inputs.

Recently completed an online PAT testing course, the course was well structured and informative I would highly recommend this to anyone. Customer service was exceptional when I contacted them to follow up certificates and Anthony Higgins got this sorted for me instantly.

This Domestic Abuse Training course has been very comprehensive and enlightening. The content is well-structured, easy to understand, and addresses domestic abuse from a clear and responsible perspective, explaining both the types of violence and their consequences.
It has helped me better understand this issue, recognize signs of abuse, and raise my awareness of its impact on individuals and families. I find it to be a very useful course both personally and professionally, and I would recommend it to anyone who works in or has an interest in this field.

I brought the course for one of my colleagues (Ladder inspection training), the course was great and very informative. The certificate was sent out very promptly. We had a spelling mistake with the certificate so I called up and Anthony Higgins was so helpful and sorted the problem out straight away. I will be using them for training in the future.
