A very easy and straightforward process. Nigel explained everything in great detail nothing was to much trouble. Made you feel at ease any question you asked he had an answer for and explained all the options in detail. The team meeting was easy to log into. I would highly recommend this approach. There are so many things to think about when planning a will, and Ben took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each decision.
