Could not wished for a better Probate Service, all finished in just over six months from start to finish, James Daly and his team were professional and helpful throughout, James kept my sister and I constantly informed on progress, could not have wished for a better service at such a stressful time.

After the recent passing of my father…
After the recent passing of my father in law I was advised by the bank to use Co-op legal.
Right from the initial contact phone call, Tarek who delt with me was polite, calm and caring which meant a lot especially with the stress and grief at this time. He was very thorough whilst making sure that I was understanding of all his information.
Tarek kept me updated regularly and was always prompt to respond to any questions I had throughout the process.

Excellent experience…
My husband and I used this service to have mirror wills drawn up. Our telephone conversation with Tracy Potter was friendly and constructive. She talked us through the process and was very clear and helpful. Being sent the "Getting Ready for your Appointment" document prior to the appointment was very useful and meant we had gathered all the relevant information needed for Tracy. We felt very confident in the advice she gave and would feel happy to recommend this service.

DO NOT use this company for probate
Such bad customer service I don’t even know where to start. I have multiple call logs trying to ring through to the Co-op legal services anywhere from 9 in the morning to their closing times and no answer. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my case manager DW regarding my dad’s estate for over a month now and no response even though we got put under a deadline to respond. Almost seems like now we are being ignored and it’s probably costing us the luxury. Do not use this company for probate.
