Will Trust and LPA Consultation.
We were invited to participate in a teams meeting with COOP estate planning consultant Andrew Ford to discuss our Will trust and LPA requirements.
Andrew immediately put us at ease with his no pressure approach and relaxed manner.
Andrew was informative and patient, giving us several examples of possible outcomes depending on which policies we decided on.
He also gave us the costs involved as we were taken through the consultation.
We decided to go ahead the Will Trust and LPA, in no small part because we trusted Andrew's advice and would recommend this service to anyone in our position.

Estate Planning experience with the Coop

Great video meeting with Estate Planning
We arranged for a video meeting with Alya from the Estate Planning team to rewrite our wills and create new financial & health LPAs under the Co-op legal services Cancer Research package and were very impressed with the professional and approachable way that she led the session to thoroughly understand our financial position and requirements. After the recent passing of my father…
After the recent passing of my father in law I was advised by the bank to use Co-op legal.
Right from the initial contact phone call, Tarek who delt with me was polite, calm and caring which meant a lot especially with the stress and grief at this time. He was very thorough whilst making sure that I was understanding of all his information.

My husband and I used this service to have mirror wills drawn up. Our telephone conversation with Tracy Potter was friendly and constructive. She talked us through the process and was very clear and helpful. Being sent the "Getting Ready for your Appointment" document prior to the appointment was very useful and meant we had gathered all the relevant information needed for Tracy. We felt very confident in the advice she gave and would feel happy to recommend this service.
