Ben prior - legal services
I had a video call with Ben to discuss creating a will, and I found the whole experience professional without ever feeling overwhelming.
Ben was extremely patient and approachable, answering every question I had, no matter how big or small, and never making me feel uncomfortable about the things I didn’t know or understand about the law. There are so many things to think about when planning a will, and Ben took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each decision.
Creating a will isn’t necessarily the most pleasant topic to think about, but Ben’s calm, friendly and patient approach made the whole process as easy and positive as it could be.
I would happily recommend Ben to anyone looking for help with their will planning.

Arranging a trust will and legal power of attorney
My wife and I enquired about arranging to make our wills via a call to Co-op estate planning. We had an appointment with Paul Wyatt who explained the process involved along with valuable information that we previously hadn’t, considered and provided us with the necessary advice and solution to our needs.
He was very helpful and we were very happy with the outcome. Appointment was conducted in an amiable manner and Paul answered any questions or concerns that we had.

I had a call with Francis D'souza this morning to discuss the probate process for my mothers estate. Francis was so informative, clear and reassuring that I felt it was an easy choice to choose the Co-op for the probate. Worst service ever
Worst service ever , tried for 3days to contact solicitor dealing with probate, which has been going on for over 1 year , no answer to phone calls , no answer from emails . Phone the new business number someone answered straight away .
