I bought several items from this site. Very fast delivery and good quality.

Ordered several items for Christmas, delivery date were not accurate, messaged the seller and they said it’s in transit, unable to escalate to Esty as no details.. totally rip off site, will never ever buy again from them, misleading and no support. Avoid at all costs, they take you money and don’t support.

Very bad experience on refund. Very difficult to access refund porter as there is non existing. Even the seller agreed to pay back but access etsy refund porter is a waste of time for customer. I couldn't get my order through post, contact the seller who want to refund but I have to go through etsy but etsy never make refund a priority. I will never shop there again. I will close my account soon.

We decided to buy from Etsy predominantly because it sells itself as being a marketplace for small independent sellers who make their own products in the UK. However, our last two purchases - memory boxes - have turned out to be manufactured from very cheap, thin wood, poorly made and made in China. It seems that Etsy is now just another version of Amazon, selling imported, low quality goods predominantly from China. It seems it's lost its way.

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a T-shirt that says 100% cotton printed on the T-shirt it was not on the tag. And they sent me a polyester shirt. I asked for a refund and they will not give it to me I asked to buy the other shirt then they tell me we do not have a cotton one and that it was a mistake. So they cannot make up for their mistake right now they’re telling me that they will not take my shirt back they will not give me my money back and I basically just got screwed out of $25. And he even admitted that we had made a mistake on the website how can you admit you made a mistake and then I fix it for the person please please nobody ever buy from this place they have such false advertising on top of their shirts run so randomly different one large and another large are not the same size. Horrible horrible experience do not give these people any business. It’s been six days I’ve been talking back-and-forth and all I’m doing is repeating myself

Very very bad, do not use, especially TVTREASURETROVE... you will get your ítem but when it arrives it comes with an extra 40€ cost before you can retrieve it. Also they state that they only have 2 items left and 20 people have the ítem in their cart so it makes you buy fast so you don't miss out on the item you have been looking for, for a long time makeing you make a hasty buy.
When you finally get the ítem, it is a brand new flash stick with the series you have orderd (obviously they have the original on a pc and just keep makeing copies, so no shortage there) the "person" selling when confronted in a non hostile way, comes back very hostile with all the excuses they can think of, mainly blaming you and where you live and the postal services of where you live when what this person is doing is vía Etsy charging €29 + 25€ for postage and customs and sending on the "pay postage on arrival" sistem so to retreive it you have to lay 40€ or you can't even open the envolope.
After confronting them and you try to talk to them again you will find you have been blocked on their message sistem, so in my case i used the Etsy help messaging sistem and then that person answers back with even more insults and líes saying they havent bloked you and that you are the lier.(useing the Etsy messaging sistem cause they have allready blocked you from there own private one)
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE PROFESIONAL SCAMMERS, YOU GET SORT OF WHAT YOU ORDERD(I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE DATA I HAVE BEEN SENT BUT ITS NOT ALL GREAT SO FAR) IN THE END IT WILL COST YOU EVEN MORE MONEY ON TOP OF HOW EXPENSIVE IT HAS BEEN IN THE BEGINING AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT YOU ARE CALLED A LIER AND GET EVEN MORE INSULTED BY THEM !!!!!

UPDATE: Gone through half of the data sent and there are loads of repeated episodes from a show i bought from them, each episode is from diferent tv channels and there is some confusion in some cases because the episode number jumps around at times its like a dejá-vú feeling and you have to think where the background story really is... LIKE I SAID BEFORE, LOOK AND LOOK AND LOOK AGAIN TO OBTAIN ANYTHING BEFORE USEING TVTREASURETROVE CAUSE THEY ARE JUST THERE TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AWAY FROM YOU AS POSIBLE !!!

If your account is suspended or you have an item removed, Etsy is not singling you out. Someone has reported you! And it’s usually another seller that is selling the same product, and trying to kick you off the block. Etsy has millions of sellers, so they are not picking on you! They probably don’t even know you exist! And Etsy knows this, but they don’t care! I mean they don’t even bother to answer your emails. The best thing to do is, if you already have an account, open up another one for backup, so if you get suspended, you can just move your ads over & keep on selling...Because sellers are vicious! And will report you, especially if you're selling same things they are at a cheap price! They want you gone! So they can be only seller selling that product.

I ordered 2 ring they charged my card. They emailed me 1 of the rings wasn't available and now I get an email can't deliver the other ring...sve your time do not shop from Esty

BAD Experience with Esty, smh! I do my Best to watch out for scammers, well this LOLOSBLINGITON must be one good scam. I ordered a Nice Bling tee from this place and I have not received it yet. It was supposed to come yesterday, so it says on the website and an email they send me. I have now made it a habit to look up reviews on sites that I'm interested in. But I ordered from this one without looking it up first. No probelm, this won't happen again ESTY and any other sites, NEVER AGAIN.

Not a good place to sell your items on. They suspended my esty store without notice and wouldn't say why. Tried to contact them but they have it fixed to where you can't reach them for help. Just Q & A. There no live help with a support number or email. Even with my store suspended they still charged my bank card linked to my esty store for listings fee's. How are you going to take money from a suspended store? And disabled items? That's not selling?? esty you need to explain yourself.

I ordered from a shop on Esty and never got the merchandise so I tried to reach out to Esty since it also seems like the shop has disappeared. Esty's customer service is basically non existent -
They have a help center but no help at all and no person and no way to resolve anything!
The shop does not even exist any longer so they obviously use Esty and Pay Pal to scam the public.
I'm now having to resolve this through Pay Pal and will never order through Esty again!

So far so good. My son getting married his tuxedo came and looks good. My other son came in a timely manner. And today I ordered another one. Customer service has been an extraordinary experience. They communication is exactly what got the right fit. More online service can learn from them. Again thanks 😊

these guys & galls have been great & on time for me, now i have only used them 4 times but so far so good

Terrible customer services they sent me a blurred print and refused to accept that I was telling them the truth even though I sent them a picture of it, they then told me I had to pay the return post which wouldn't be worth it as it is a heavy framed print. Most of the stuff on the site looks like Chinese rubbish otherwise known as very cheap tat.

Ive purchased from this Merchant on ETSy and she is awesome! Shipping was fast and her customer service is great. She has an array of Jewlery items that are priced well and a great selection to choose from.

She answers her emails quickly which is a plus and is cheerful and pleasant. Just can't say enough about her. A pleasure to do business with!

I opened a store on Esty when item did not sell I closed the account, I thought. I keep getting emails saying I am over due with payment months after I closed store and paid what I owed. No one to talk too to resolve.

Bought Item and Paid, Several Hours Later Advised Item Out of Stock, Will Get My Money back in Five Days. Why Take Money If You Do Not Have the ITEM?

Really bad service! I was scammed and Etsy didn't try to contact the seller or at least compensate for it. Maybe give me a small refund because we put blood sweat and tears into getting money. It was my daughter's birthday money. Now just a waste.
