I ordered a nurse rag doll from Etsy which arrived this morning. It’s very cute & I paid extra to have it personalised with an embroidered name. Considering the price, I think the actual quality is quite poor & disappointing! There is red ink on the back of her hat, hair, dress & apron!

Ordered some birthday items specifically about Ru Paul’s Drag Race. I had never used this website before but found exactly what I wanted. The items I ordered arrived quickly and were of good quality.

I buy all my family and friends birthday and Christmas gifts on Esty from various sellers on the website have not had any bad experiences.

Total ripoff, customer service sucks, must log in to even send a e-mail. ordered a dated sign and they made it wrong with the wrong date. They tell me I ordered incorrectly. am getting my credit card company involved.
Buyer be ware, you are not gonna be happy when they screw you over

Hosanna businesses was a lovely website for me (they do multicoloured,100%cotton and handmade and feels nice on your skin and breathable). The delivery was on time and it was just as they described.Would recommend. It was three for £20 which is a good price overall. I brought it directly from the owner and i know she has shops on esty.com and on amazon

I ordered a desk chair and they delivered on time as they noted on their website. the quality and look are fine but can be cheaper.

Bought face masks as now compulsory in shops in Scotland. They arrived promptly but are absolute rubbish. Would not fit anyone over 12!

Horrible!! It took months to receive my order and when I did it was not what I ordered. Im going to see about turning them into the better business bureau. I wish I were able to upload a picture of what I ordered verses what I got. Freaking scumbags!

Unlike Amazon ,Esty do not take responsibility for the companies who sell on their forum .

In fact when there is a problem it gets funnelled through Esty without them taking responsibility
Do not recommend this shower just a middle man taking its cut and doing nothing for it

Disgusting customer service I still havnt received my daughters ring I purchased they then told me the track number does not work but it will be here with in days.. still no ring and now been ignored when asked for a refund do not put your money into this fake company

This is for their customer service. I ordered 2 items some time ago, yet there has still been no movement on my items, so I emailed to cancel, which they say as long as it is before processing and packaging, no problem. First I got no response. So, I emailed again. The answer I got was ridiculous. "Hi there,
we are promoting this product,and the price much lower than usual.Would you like consider again to keep order? It’s worth to wait for arrival.
Thank you for your understanding".
No, I have already asked twice, waited days for an answer, only to be told to wait and thanks for my patience. So, I try to email a third time, yet now I get a message that they are too busy and may not be able to respond in time. REALLY?

Me and my dad ordered a ring for my mum and she loved it took time to come but it was a great anniversary present.

This site is a scam! I ordered masks from a seller that ended up changing their name and deleted their account once I asked for a refund of my money after I started realizing they seemed fishy and a scam so I wanted a refund. Finally the seller responded to me and told me they would refund my money and still NEVER did. When I tried to email the seller again their account couldn't be found! So basically I been scammed no one should ever order from these crooks!!!
