Hello, one time customer of this company and very disappointed ! Purchased an item back in October of 2019 and still as of January 17 2020 haven't received my item. Very frustrated how these people have strug me along by tell me excuse after excuse. This experience is the worst I've ever had of any transaction I've ever made bar none. My purchase was close to $150 dollars so it wasn't a cheap purchase. I'm totally frustrated with this company " buyer beware " !

Blaming royal Mail, not taking reponsibility for the mistake
The wreath wasn’t packed correctly which is why it broke
Then offered to me a replacement font out and I have attaché it myself
I still have not received this replacement

Special gift for my cousins wedding panicked it would not arrive before the 16th August, ordered late Sunday, I would like to personal thank Julie who respond to my e-mail Monday and posted on the same day and the item arrived Tuesday, I would definitely recommend this company to friends & family, item did not disappoint me good quality worth every penny.

I have used esty a few times over the year to purchase personalised gifts. Transactions have run smoothly and items arrived within the time frame advised at time of buying. I like the website. Very quirky gifts. I haven't used esty customer service so can't comment on that.

AWFUL - FRAUD!
AWFUL! MY WIFE ORDERED INVITATIONS FOR MY DAUGHTER IN LAWS SHOWER AND THEY LIED TWO TIMES THAT EVERYTHING WAS SHIPPED NEVER OCCURRED... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL! EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE! THEY COMMITTED FRAUD BY STATING IN WRITING THAT THE ORDER SHIPPED AND IT NEVER DID! WE ARE REPORTING THE COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!

Let down
I ordered a bracelet ( not expensive) for my girlfriend, and when she tried to put it on, “It broke” I was there when it happened.
The company it came from through this company, was Louise at “Viannadel” so I wrote three emails sharing the experience....”Nothing back”!
Totally disappointing.
Shame as my girlfriend liked the bracelet!
Worst experience with Internet shopping to date!

If a supplier is too small to have a website they use this site. Shipping is max slow. You cancel an order and weeks later they are still trying to ship it to you. They will not even allow the supplier of the product to cancel orders. Stay away, it is not worth the hassle.
